Our tour guide, Bao, was fantastic! He was incredibly enthusiastic, helping us choose the best spots for photos and taking amazing pictures – every single one turned out beautifully! Since I was pregnant, he also checked in on me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. Ba Na Hills is a truly comfortable destination with stunning scenery, and I highly recommend everyone visit.

This was my favorite and most memorable tour from my trip to Da Nang and is an absolute must-do! Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and I really appreciated the team contacting me beforehand and arranging transportation directly from my hotel. The timing of the itinerary was perfect and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge were absolutely stunning, and the international buffet was delicious with so many options to choose from. Even though it was busy, the food was well worth it. Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my entire trip. Highly recommend!

Ba Na Hills Day Tour is one of the bucketlist to be checked. We have a great day enjoying the place, experiencing the colorfuld palaces lookalike. Our tour guide, Ms. Han, is the best. 100% recommended tour guide.

We feel that five stars are not enough to represent the quality of service provided by our tour guide, Huu Hang. His thoughtful seat-saving, excellent photography (he's very professional), and videography, combined with his advantage of relevant work experience, show his utmost dedication to providing the best for customers. This level of service spirit is rare and commendable. The tour guide is currently learning Chinese, and his language skills are already sufficient for communication. However, he continues to diligently improve himself to be comparable to native Chinese speakers, and everyone can help him with this.

Dès l'instant où nous l'avons rencontrée, elle s'est montrée chaleureuse, professionnelle et incroyablement bien organisée. Elle nous a guidés à travers les sites pittoresques avec des explications claires et captivantes qui ont vraiment donné vie à l'endroit. Ce qui nous a le plus marqué, c'est la façon dont elle a pris soin de chaque détail : elle nous a obtenu un accès rapide pour que nous ne perdions pas de temps dans les files d'attente, et elle savait exactement quels étaient les endroits les plus intéressants et qui valaient notre temps. En plus de cela, elle a un excellent œil pour la photographie ! Elle a pris de superbes photos de nous sous les meilleurs angles et dans les plus beaux endroits. This was my second time in Bana Hills. The first time was in December 2025, it was raining and foggy then, so I didn't enjoy Bana Hills as much. So I had to go back. It was beautiful in the summer weather but a little hot. I chose the Four Seasons buffet, but our tour guide decided we go to Taiga without asking us. I love the Four Seasons buffet more than Taiga. There are better food options at Four Seasons.

Our Ba Na Hills day tour was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip and was absolutely worth every penny! Our tour guide, Han, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent information about Ba Na Hills throughout the day. She kept the group well organized and made sure everyone had a great experience. Ba Na Hills itself is breathtaking. We were fortunate to experience both beautiful sunshine in the morning and the magical fog that rolled in during the afternoon after a thunderstorm, giving us two completely different but equally stunning views. The cable car ride was spectacular, offering unforgettable panoramic scenery. The Indian buffet lunch at Bharata Restaurant was another pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, with an excellent variety of dishes that made us feel right at home. Overall, this tour offered incredible scenery, great organization, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. A special thanks to Han for making our visit so memorable.
