Once you arrive at Ba Na Hills, after receiving your QR admission ticket, you must show it to the staff via the Klook app. I showed a screenshot and there was a misunderstanding, causing a 20-minute delay while I had to get a paper ticket. I had to run and rush! For the return shuttle, just walk straight down and stand near the entrance where many people are lining up. Since there wasn't any guidance like this, it was a bit difficult for a first-time traveler. However, I'm very satisfied because it's such great value for money. We had the afternoon ticket from 3 PM and focused on the scenery and night view, skipping the rides.

I booked this trip while I was in Hanoi as I would be in Hoi An in a few days. the booking system was very easy and after confirming everything I had a WhatsApp message with all the information that I needed. on the day of the trip I was picked up from my hotel at the exact time they had told, several other people were also picked up and then we were off to Ba Na Hills Sunworld.the minibus was comfortable and a perfect temperature and the driver was very careful and considerate of our safety. our tour guide was Mr Bean and he was a very funny guy and very informative and knowledgeable, he explained everything perfectly and gave us precise timings as to the various stops throughout the day..nothing was any trouble for him and he made the trip a very good experience for all of us…as for Sunworld, it is a magical place with plenty to do and see…a Vietnamese Disneyworld at the top of a mountain…!…I highly recommend this experience.
