Great experience. We paid for the buffet lunch, which I wouldn't do again. It was such a long way down heaps of escalators and there were about 500 people there in the restaurant. The rest of the experience was amazing, such a beautiful place and the gondola ride was a great experience.

Our stay at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. Staying up in Ba Na Hills felt like being transported to a completely different place. The beautiful French-inspired village, cool mountain weather, breathtaking views, and the clouds surrounding the area made the experience absolutely magical. If you’re visiting Da Nang, I highly recommend spending a night at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills instead of just doing a day trip. It allows you to experience Ba Na Hills at a much more relaxed pace and truly appreciate its beauty.

I booked this trip while I was in Hanoi as I would be in Hoi An in a few days. The booking system was very easy, and after confirming everything, I received a WhatsApp message with all the information I needed. On the day of the trip, I was picked up from my hotel at the exact time they had told me. Several other people were also picked up, and then we were off to Ba Na Hills Sunworld. The minibus was comfortable and at a perfect temperature, and the driver was very careful and considerate of our safety. Our tour guide was Mr. Bean, and he was a very funny guy, very informative, and knowledgeable. He explained everything perfectly and gave us precise timings for the various stops throughout the day. Nothing was any trouble for him, and he made the trip a very good experience for all of us. As for Sunworld, it is a magical place with plenty to do and see—a Vietnamese Disneyworld at the top of a mountain! I highly recommend this experience.
