Overall, the atmosphere was good, but the food was generally bland. The emcee was able to liven up the mood! All in all, it was a good experience, and worth trying for the price.

The trip ended perfectly, the scenery was beautiful, the guide was responsible, and the itinerary was fulfilling. The primeval forest hike was quite interesting, an aerobic activity away from the crowds. The hotel was very nice, with good service and a pleasant environment. On the first night, when I experienced altitude sickness, the hotel delivered medicine and oxygen tanks several times in the middle of the night. There were quite a few people at the attractions; the experience would probably be better during the off-season.

Our guide, Huahua, was incredibly enthusiastic, communicating with us thoughtfully throughout the trip and even preparing water, fruit, and oxygen tanks. She constantly discussed the daily itinerary with us and adjusted it according to our needs. We visited all the planned attractions smoothly and even saw the sunrise over Meili Snow Mountain. The food and accommodation were excellent.

The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to enjoy everything at our own pace. A special thank you to our guide and the lady who accompanied us throughout the trip; they were incredibly thoughtful, friendly, and professional. They anticipated most of our needs and responded very quickly. We had such a wonderful time, and we must give them a big thumbs up! [Strong][Strong]

This trip was booked just before the Spring Festival, and it was completely worry-free. The driver was very steady, and the online customer service was always available, making it a route suitable even for elderly family members. The hotels on the luxury wilderness route were all excellent; booking them individually would cost at least one to two thousand per night. The views from the hotel rooms and the service were also very good, and meals were mostly taken at the hotel restaurants, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and peace of mind. I've wanted to visit Shangri-La for many years, but the mountain roads here make self-driving quite troublesome, and I was worried about altitude sickness. This kind of private car tour is the most convenient. I will continue to follow Klook's private tours in the future.

Our 5-day Yunnan Spring Festival trip concluded perfectly. Our group of 10 unanimously recognized and highly praised Master Jin's service. Master Jin was very enthusiastic and his driving skills were excellent, ensuring our safety throughout the trip! We are very grateful for Master Jin's hard work these past few days!

The itinerary was very interesting, and everything was arranged very reasonably. We experienced everything we should have along the way. Our guide, Lao Yang, was also excellent; he picked us up and dropped us off punctually every day, and the restaurants he recommended were delicious 😋. We also saw the sunrise over the snow-capped mountains, and the scenery at Pudacuo National Park was beautiful. Climbing Baima Snow Mountain on the first day of the New Year was also very meaningful!

This trip was absolutely worth it. We experienced the stunning scenery of Shangri-La, unique Tibetan culture, luxurious and wild hotels, towering peaks reaching into the clouds, and year-round snow. Our guide, Brother Cheng, was enthusiastic, provided excellent service, and was very informative, making us feel right at home. Everyone can confidently choose his service. Highly recommended!
