The tour guide was very professional. They arrived at the meeting point before the scheduled time. The transportation throughout the journey was very spacious and comfortable. Inter-city travel involved the High-Speed Rail. The tour company booked suitable and comfortable seats for the entire HSR journey from Kunming to Dali, and then from Lijiang back to Kunming. The hotels booked by the tour company were also very comfortable and close to the attractions. In summary, I would rate it 9.0 out of 10.

My first time booking a private customized 5-day tour to Shangri-La, Yunnan with Klook was an absolutely amazing experience! Because I really wanted to visit Lugu Lake, the tour designer not only planned a super reasonable itinerary but also specifically selected hotels and activities that perfectly matched my needs. Our driver, Mr. Zhang, was very reliable, driving steadily and knowing the roads well, making us feel completely safe throughout the trip. The most stunning part was the hike through the Baima Snow Mountain Forest Ranch. Our guide took us to his family's ranch, where the meadows and wildflowers beneath the snow-capped mountains were incredibly beautiful, even in the rain. I'll definitely go back for a second visit. The accommodations also exceeded my expectations. The newly added hotels, "Bandu" and "Qianshanji," were fantastic. Whether it was the design, comfort, or service, they truly impressed me. I'll likely choose Klook's private tours again next time!

This trip was perfect! The travel agency was very accommodating to our itinerary requests, and communication back and forth was very clear. Master Xia was also excellent; he shared information about Yunnan's attractions with us throughout the journey. His introductions were very interesting, and he gave us ample time to take photos. The mountain roads were winding, but Master Xia drove very steadily and safely, so we didn't get carsick at all! The car was also very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Arriving at Meili Snow Mountain and seeing the Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight, the Silver Mountain illuminated by the moon, and the beautiful sunset glow was truly worth it, bringing a perfect end to this trip! Thank you everyone!
