Overall, it was a fantastic trip. From the pre-departure communication to the entire travel process, everything was very satisfactory. The accommodation for the first three days was a pleasant surprise. Our driver, Master Lu, in particular, was an excellent driver, punctual, and reliable. He introduced us to attractions and local customs along the way. He offered suggestions for the itinerary and adjusted our schedule according to our travel preferences, allowing us to enjoy the journey to the fullest. The restaurants he recommended were also excellent. He ensured our trip was safe and smooth throughout. The only regret was Balagezong; although the hotel service was good, its overall positioning was vastly different from the first three days, and the scenic area itself was rather underwhelming. If this part could be improved, it would be a perfect itinerary.

The tour guide was very professional. They arrived at the meeting point before the scheduled time. The transportation throughout the journey was very spacious and comfortable. Inter-city travel involved the High-Speed Rail. The tour company booked suitable and comfortable seats for the entire HSR journey from Kunming to Dali, and then from Lijiang back to Kunming. The hotels booked by the tour company were also very comfortable and close to the attractions. In summary, I would rate it 9.0 out of 10.

Accomodations - overall great. no major complaints. Tips: ask for non smoker room (if you dont smoke). Lugu Lake was the highlight. Mosuo family visit was the most enlightening experience - great stories and chit chat from the tribe. Weather end of june to early july - dress like how you would wear up genting highlands in Malaysia.

Overall, this trip was very satisfying. Customer service responded to and resolved all issues throughout the journey, and the connections were excellent. First, I must highlight that our driver, Master Lu, was exceptional. He was very responsible and punctual throughout the trip, and his attitude was very professional. His car was spotless inside and out, and he even explained local customs and offered suggestions along the way, which made us feel very at ease. Our guides for entering and exiting Yubeng were also very simple and enthusiastic, ensuring our safety by helping us one by one on the slopes. The hotel arrangements throughout the trip were also very satisfactory, especially the experience at the Yubeng Wild Language hotel, which was particularly wonderful. For the last hotel, due to a variety show change, they also provided an excellent solution, which was great.

The tour guides are so friendly and helpful. The driver is really familiar with the city and tourist attractions, and somehow helped us to take beautiful pictures. We are so grateful to find this tour and hope we can visit Yunnan again with the same tour. Thank you! 🌸❤️
