Overall, it was a great trip. We were very satisfied with the communication before departure and the entire trip. The accommodation for the first three days was a pleasant surprise. Especially our driver, Master Lu, who has good driving skills, is punctual and reliable. He introduced the attractions and some local customs along the way. He gave suggestions on the itinerary and helped us coordinate the travel time according to our travel preferences, so that we could enjoy the trip to the greatest extent. The recommended restaurants were also very delicious. He ensured the safety and smoothness of our trip all the way. The only regret is Balagzon. Although the hotel service is also very good, the overall positioning is very different from the first three days, and the scenic spot itself is also unsatisfactory. If this part can be improved, it will be a full score route.

The tourguide is very professional. Arrived at the meeting point before the meeting time. The transport throughout the journey was very spacious & comfortable. The inter city transport involved the High Speed train. The tour company booked a suitable & comfort seat throughout the HSR journey from Kunming to Dali, then from Lijiang back to Kunming. The hotels that were booked by the tour company are also very comfortable and near to the attraction point. In summary, the, i would rate it 9.0 out of 10.

Accomodations - overall great. no major complaints. Tips: ask for non smoker room (if you dont smoke). Lugu Lake was the highlight. Mosuo family visit was the most enlightening experience - great stories and chit chat from the tribe. Weather end of june to early july - dress like how you would wear up genting highlands in Malaysia.

Great experience to visit Shangri-la, the pace of the trip is comfortable with ample time for us to visit the attractions, be with nature and being surrounded by majestic views. Grateful for this experience, and the people who made this trip memorable including the driver/ guide and tour members!

Overall, I was satisfied with this trip. The customer service responded to and solved all the problems throughout the trip, and the connection was very good. First of all, I would like to emphasize that the driver, Mr. Lu, who picked us up was very good. He was very responsible and punctual throughout the trip, and his attitude was very serious. The car was very clean inside and out. He also explained the local customs and provided suggestions along the way, which made us feel very relieved. In addition, our guide in and out of Yubeng was also very simple and enthusiastic, picking us up one by one on the uphill and downhill to ensure safety; the hotel arrangements throughout the trip were also very satisfactory, especially the wild language in Yubeng was very good. The last hotel also gave a good solution because of the variety show change, which was very good.
