Overall, it was a great trip. We were very satisfied with the communication before departure and the entire trip. The accommodation for the first three days was a pleasant surprise. Especially our driver, Master Lu, who has good driving skills, is punctual and reliable. He introduced the attractions and some local customs along the way. He gave suggestions on the itinerary and helped us coordinate the travel time according to our travel preferences, so that we could enjoy the trip to the greatest extent. The recommended restaurants were also very delicious. He ensured the safety and smoothness of our trip all the way. The only regret is Balagzon. Although the hotel service is also very good, the overall positioning is very different from the first three days, and the scenic spot itself is also unsatisfactory. If this part can be improved, it will be a full score route.

Great experience to visit Shangri-la, the pace of the trip is comfortable with ample time for us to visit the attractions, be with nature and being surrounded by majestic views. Grateful for this experience, and the people who made this trip memorable including the driver/ guide and tour members!

Very nice 2D1N tour to Shangri-La from Lijiang. Not really recommended if none of the people in your group knows how to speak Mandarin since all of the communication is in Mandarin. Our driver is a tibetan local, very informative and helpful and always on time. The Tusi feast feels just like normal Chinese hotpot, we were expecting more local food, but it comes with shows from the family host. The provided hotel was better than expected. The horse riding at Napahai feels kinda forced since there is nothing else to do there although the horse riding price is quite fair (¥160 per pax for about 1 hour ride). One of the person in our group didn't pay for the horse riding and just wait around the farm for 1 hour. Before going back to Lijiang, we had tibetan lunch at the driver's home.

The driver/tour guide is very kind and helpful. Even I can speak Chinese a little, but I use translate application to communicate. All passengers are Chinese and friendly. I definitely recommend the tour.

Tiger Leaping Gorge, Shangri-La, and Songzanlin Monastery were all great. The ethnic dance and performance I saw while having lunch after the Dukezong and Buckwheat Fields tour were especially impressive.

There were some hiccups for the last leg of the trip, but that was due to the last driver. Overall it was a great trip. The tour agency was very helpful and responsive, many items were pre-arranged properly. No issue with train tickets or hotels. Our driver in Lijiang, Mr Zhang, was extremely accommodating and nice. He took good care of us (two women!) and does not hard sell any other products or services. I like how he provides recommendations but not pushy. He also went out of his way when we got a bit unwell.
