All the luxury hotels we stayed in were very clean, and the soft furnishings were beautiful and antique. We were also particularly satisfied with our driver, Master Li*bao (Yunnan P93466). As a local, he has a deep understanding of Yunnan and could introduce us to different Yunnan/ethnic minority characteristics at any time. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. The commercial vehicle he drove was also very comfortable, and his driving skills were excellent; even though we had long journeys, we never felt uncomfortable. The daily schedule for attractions and outings was very reasonable. Overall, I would recommend the luxury private tour.

The first time I went on a group tour, we ate at the tour guide's house. They said it was to experience local life, but being driven directly to the guide's home felt a bit strange. Then, I was quite surprised by the meal, which consisted of only two dishes and one soup. Afterward, the guide's family started selling their herbal medicines and cordyceps, claiming they could cure all kinds of illnesses. As soon as we arrived at the grassland itinerary, everyone was required to purchase the same-priced horseback riding package, with the promise that we could take our time. However, once we were on the grassland, when I tried to take good photos, the horse handler kept rushing us to move on. Even when we paid extra for travel photography and makeup, they just took the money and kept hurrying us. The overall experience wasn't great; it felt like I had to spend at least an extra 200 RMB there.

An extremely pleasant trip! Tour Guide: First of all, a huge shout-out to our driver-guide, Mr. Duan. As someone from a low-altitude area who frequently gets carsick, I didn't get motion-sick even once despite the countless mountain switchbacks. His driving was extremely smooth and gave us great peace of mind! Not only is his driving top-notch, but he is also very humorous and thoughtful. He anticipated many situations for us, and thanks to his advice, we didn't experience altitude sickness. Good physical health is an essential guarantee for an enjoyable trip! Highly, highly recommended! Accommodations: The value-for-money tour definitely delivered on its promise; every hotel was arranged very reasonably. My absolute favorite was Jianglv in Wunongding—it's the kind of place I would come back to stay at again and again. Itinerary: The entire process was very friendly for hiking beginners. It allowed us to experience the wonders of nature without being overly exhausting. For someone who has never been to Shangri-La, just a few days were enough to experience so much of its charm. If I had traveled on my own, I could never have had such a seamless experience. The planner and all the staff in the group chat were very attentive. Thumbs up endlessly! I will definitely choose KLOOK in the future to experience even more new journeys! Very nice tour. Not rushed. Just a steady pace for us to savor everything. Best day was the first day where we get to do a light hike and go mushroom picking. The weather was quite hot in the summer but nights were cool. Unfortunately the last day we didn't get to view the sunrise over Meili Mountains due to rain and fog. Anyhow big thanks to our excellent guide YiXiLaMu. Excellent driving and helpful in every way.

The 8-day Dali trip was a great experience. The itinerary was well-planned and smooth, and the scenery at Erhai Lake was truly stunning.

This 10-day Yunnan trip includes a 6-day tour group for Kunming, Dali, and Lijiang, a 2-day/1-night tour group for Shangri-La, and a 2-day/1-night tour group for Lugu Lake! Each leg of this tour had a different guide! We had Guide Liao Zhiyun leading us through Kunming and Dali! Guide Zhima led us to Lijiang, and Sangji Zhuoma led us on our Shangri-La tour! And our Brother Anwu led us on our Lugu Lake tour! Every guide was very professional, introducing us to many delicious foods and local specialties! The hotel accommodations and dining were also good!

the guide from day 2 before the Li jiang tour was good, we learnt a lot from her , the Li Jiang tour guide was bad. the 3rd tour guide in Shangri-La was good too,. the itinerary can be improved as well the quality of hotels and meals. more time should be given to us for exploration at the yu long mountain, too many local performance and the cake making one should change to another activity. we booked our own hotel for the last night as we preferred to be near to the airport as our flight back is super early the following morning. , the travel agent was kind to arrange transfer for us,
