Viagem de 4 dias para Shangri-La, o paraíso secreto de Yunnan

I think I was extremely fortunate to join this tour. If you want to experience the wonders of northern Yunnan, including trekking along Hutiaoxia (Tiger Leaping Gorge), marvelous Shangri-La temples, and the golden dawn of Meili Mountain, this is a must-go trip. I have traveled to Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Luoyang, the Northeast region, Xiamen, Quanzhou, and even Xinjiang, but this was the best trip so far in China. I am also very grateful to the tour organizer for arranging very nice hotels within a limited budget. I was able to communicate with the guide with my limited Chinese, so it's better to make sure you are accompanied by an English-speaking guide or tour participants ahead of time. My friend and I had this road trip in the 4th week of November 2025. It was one of the most amazing road trips I ever had. We don't even speak Chinese, but brother Cola made it smooth even with the translator app. He is attentive and also good at taking photos. We visited all the places mentioned in the Klook itinerary and also stopped at some viewing platforms along the way. We even played with the snow while taking a break from driving. As for meals, all lunches and dinners were at our own expense, while breakfasts were in the hotel restaurant, a tea/coffee in HalfWay cafe was included. Since it's the 2 of us, brother Cola picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel instead of a random location. The itinerary planner person will let us know the weather, temperature and destination the night before. They will also adjust the plan depending on the situation. However, the executioner is brother Cola, and he will make sure the experience is top-notch. We also love his car! Highly recommended!

This trip to Shangri-La was planned in early July, to help my child relax before school starts and prepare for the challenges of the new semester. The itinerary's attractions were very well-arranged and comprehensive, covering all of Shangri-La's famous sights in just four days. I'd especially like to commend Brother Ba, our driver from Yunnan Youxiake. His driving skills were exceptionally steady, and he was very enthusiastic, showing us the unique scenery of Yunnan. On the second day of the trip, my child felt unwell on the road due to altitude sickness. Not only did Brother Ba provide us with a portable oxygen tank, but he also made an extra 50-kilometer round trip to take us separately to the hotel to settle in first, allowing my child to rest and recover in an oxygenated room. After we arrived home safely, Brother Ba even sent a message to check on my child's condition. These heartwarming acts of kindness were very touching, and we are extremely satisfied with this trip's arrangements, especially with Brother Ba from Youxiake. A big thumbs up to him; may good people live long and safe lives.

This trip to Yunnan was truly perfect! The entire journey went smoothly, every day was filled with surprises and joy, completely exceeding expectations. I must especially praise our tour guide, Master Dong! He was truly outstanding, not only knowing the local customs and culture like the back of his hand, explaining things vividly and in detail, but also being particularly attentive to our needs. The itinerary was well-paced, with no feeling of being rushed. Moreover, Master Dong was very enthusiastic, treating us like friends, and there was constant laughter along the way, adding a lot of warmth to the trip. The luckiest part was that we successfully saw the 'Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight' at Meili Snow Mountain! When the golden sunlight shone on the snow-capped mountain, the entire peak seemed to be plated with a layer of golden light; that shock is truly unforgettable for a lifetime. This trip became exceptionally perfect because of Master Dong's professional guidance and this ultimate beautiful scenery. Highly recommended!

I was traveling solo in Yunnan and this tour was such a great way to see Shangri-La! I was so lucky that I had such kind and helpful people in my group because I was the only foreigner and didn’t speak much Chinese. Driver He is very professional and accommodating and made me feel very safe even when driving through some of the more precarious roads. All the hotels are excellent. I really loved the hike on Day 1 - the sights are unforgettable and the hotpot was one of the most delicious I’ve ever had, even though I don’t eat meat and could only enjoy the vegetables. Even though it’s rainy season in July, we were lucky to have good weather 3 days out of 4 and were able to take amazing landscape photos, especially all the mountains on Days 3 and 4! Pudauco wasn’t my favorite stop because I saw more people than I saw animals, and wish we had actually spent time exploring Napa Lake instead. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the overall experience and I’m already recommending it to friends!

The overall trip was very comfortable! The pace was relaxed, no need to rush like a special forces soldier. The route wasn't overly popular, so the attractions were relatively less crowded. I especially loved the Haba Snow Mountain trekking route; it was incredibly comfortable to hike in the mountains. The guide was also excellent, introducing us to mushrooms along the way and helping us take photos, providing great emotional value! Driver Xiao Yang was also fantastic, handsome, with first-class driving skills. The restaurants he took us to were quite delicious, and he provided detailed introductions to the attractions and tips on avoiding pitfalls. The accommodation during the trip was also good, close to the attractions, and the hotels were relatively clean. Finally, the room we stayed in at Feilai Temple offered panoramic views of Meili Snow Mountain, which was a huge bonus! The whole journey was very pleasant. Although we came to Yunnan during the rainy season, we were lucky enough to see Meili Snow Mountain at sunset and a sun halo over Napa Lake. It was a very satisfying trip!

The five-day itinerary was excellent. The hotels were all very good, and the schedule was perfectly reasonable! Our driver and team leader, Brother Yang, is very familiar with the local area, so feel free to ask him lots of questions and chat with him. All the essential scenic spots on the way to Meili were covered completely. The scenery in Yunnan is incredibly beautiful. In Shangri-La, there was a slight, mild altitude sickness, and the UV rays were quite strong, but it was all adaptable. Remember to protect yourself from the sun! On this Yunnan trip, the first day's hike offered incredibly beautiful scenery along the way, and the local guide even picked wild strawberries for us. They were sweet and sour, absolutely delicious. The campsite was at the foot of Haba Snow Mountain, with stunning views. At Tiger Leaping Gorge, we experienced the magnificent and turbulent Jinsha River, and the Baishuitai terraces, like a celestial field, were as beautiful as blue jade. In Pudacuo, we encountered adorable little squirrels, and both Baima Snow Mountain and the alpine rhododendrons left a very deep impression on me. In Meili, Miancimu was pure and beautiful, and the sacred Kawagebo Mountain was divine and lovely. On the Mingyong Glacier halfway up the mountain, we could see that the ice tongue had some exposed rock, but it didn't detract from its beauty.

This 4-day, 3-night trip is mostly self-guided. There will be two attraction spots per day, making it suitable for those who prefer a more relaxing journey. Master Li Ben-guang is excellent because he will suggest places for us during the trip, allow us time to rest, take us to local spots, and much more. This tour is recommended for those seeking a more relaxed travel experience.

What an incredibly enjoyable trip! The itinerary was quite relaxed, usually with one attraction in the morning and one in the afternoon. The route planning was also very reasonable; if there were multiple small attractions, they were interspersed along the way, so neither the driving nor the sightseeing felt tiring! I'd also like to extend a special thank you to our driver, Master Kong Qi. He drove very smoothly, so we never felt dizzy, and he had a wonderfully gentle and steady personality. He also taught us a lot about local knowledge – thank you for your hard work! The overall experience was excellent. When we chose your service, we were impressed by the beautiful graphics and comprehensive itinerary, thinking that such good aesthetics would surely lead to a good experience. The result far exceeded our expectations; it was a particularly pleasant, relaxed, enriching, and free Shangri-La trip! These past few days have been truly wonderful, and we'll definitely choose you again for our next trip! (On the last day, we hired another car for a hike to Middle Tiger Leaping Gorge, and the experience was terrible. The pick-up/drop-off drivers and passengers were all haphazardly arranged, making it very tiring. We really missed the comfortable and pleasant previous days 😭)
