Loved my massage! The facilities were clean and comfortable and the staff all super friendly. Was offered a hot ginger tea on arrival as I filled out the form before being taken to the room for my massage. I got the 60min Balinese massage and it was great! My masseuse, Bintang, made sure to find out what pressure was needed then proceeded to ensure I was comfortable throughout. Afterwards, I was able to use the en suite to have a quick shower before changing back to sip on another ginger tea. Overall, it was lovely.

The experience was amazing. Putu Bim, the owner, made sure every detail was covered. We went on a holiday in Bali, which complicated the logistics a bit, and even so, he took special care that everything went perfectly. He was punctual, respectful, and they made sure that every day we covered our entire itinerary. One of us left a bag in one of their cars, and they did everything to send it to our villa. I have no complaints and would recommend them. Our five-day tour was a divine experience. We went to places that exceeded our expectations. Our guides lined up for us and treated us like queens. The day we went to Lempuyang, we had a really delicious lunch. It was worth it to get up at 3 am because we were the 42nd in line, and that's wow. We loved every minute, every place, every experience. Thank you, Putu Bim, for having a good team of guides and drivers so that our 5 days with your guide were unforgettable.

It's super fun. Gelgel takes care of us very carefully. Everything goes smoothly without any issues. The jet ski is very new and strong. The parasailing is very safe and really cool. I recommend you use the photo service to keep the good memories too. Gelgel's service is the best!!!

Diving is truly not easy, and getting into the water was very unfamiliar; it's not a simple task. However, the entire trip and the service before and after diving were first-class. The staff were incredibly patient, encouraging us repeatedly without any sign of annoyance. The experience was excellent.

We had a very good instructor!!! My son had never stood on a board before! This was his first experience. On his first try, my son was able to stay on the waves by himself. Many thanks to the instructor. We were a little late, but our agent wrote that they were waiting for us and we could still come. Thank you to the company for this ❤️

This was a amazing experience learning how to cook Balinese food, yummy and the staff where incredible and funny.
