Mr. Edy was our guide, and he was friendly, patient, supportive, and very helpful throughout the day. Thanks to Klook for assigning (Edy). The ATV ride was super good. We also tried different coffees at the coffee plantation. Rafting was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life. The Bali swings at the rice terrace were also great. Overall, it’s a must-try experience. This package on Klook is much cheaper than the offline price.

Best tour ever! We had our guide, Putu, pick us up from our villa and he was so early! He is so nice, polite, and friendly. We had so much fun, he took great pictures of us and was so patient when we were panting from the steps! Great guy! Koma from Aling-Aling Waterfall was so good too! Fun person!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Our driver, Andyana, was excellent! He was punctual, contacting us the day before to confirm the pick-up time, which we greatly appreciated. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond when he suggested an affordable place to buy souvenirs and kindly offered to drive us there and wait while we shopped, even though it wasn't part of our original itinerary. We were also pleasantly surprised that a coffee plantation was part of our itinerary! We really had a fun time tasting different kinds of coffee and tea, and it was fascinating to see the process of how Luwak coffee is made. The ATV experience was so fun and thrilling! A blast and a little scary at the same time, which added to the excitement! Our ATV tour guide, Rama, was also fantastic. He was very friendly and made sure to keep us safe, telling us to be extra careful when the road got particularly bumpy. It was a memorable and truly fun experience!

We booked the tour with Handara Gate, Ulun Danu, Jatiluwih and Tanah Lot. It is one of the best tours here in Bali. Our Guide/Indra has been very helpful in our tour. He is knowledgeable and was able to complete all itinerary. Indra knows the Maps well and adjusts itinerary depending on day of travel. He explains well the history of each location. No issues in communication (Whatsapp or in-person). Service is exceptional. Thanks Indra for the wonderful tour and experience.

The tour with Guide Ari was a delightful day! It exceeded our expectations with wonderful places, beautiful trees, and magnificent temples. We appreciated Ari's thoughtful consideration in driving slowly so we could admire the surroundings, and his clear explanations were perfect for us, as we're not fluent in English. We were so happy all day, listening to music thanks to the Bluetooth connection. Lunch was a buffet, and the food was delicious; eating it while enjoying the beautiful rice paddy views made it even better! We want to thank the wonderful Guide Ari, who looks great with long hair, once again. We definitely plan to visit again and highly recommend this tour. Guide: I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Pardi. He was kind and professional on this tour. The way he structured the day and communicated with me throughout the day, developing a friendly relationship, was excellent. Bonus - he is an awesome photographer who will help you capture your memories throughout the day. Itinerary: If you booked a private group, discuss with your guide. They are flexible to make slight changes within the Ubud region, but overall the base itinerary itself offers a good breakout for the entire day. Attractions on the way: The Ubud region is breathtaking, honestly tough to navigate all places in a single day without a guide. Overall, I thank the Klook team for providing a great, memorable trip.
