Tour guide: Hugas provided excellent service, drove skillfully, and took great care of us. Safety: Very safe. Itinerary: This tour experience was fantastic. The ATV off-road ride was thrilling, the locals were very service-oriented, the waterfall was spectacular, and the monkey park had many monkeys that interacted with us.

THE BEST DAY EVER. Our tour guide, Komang, I honestly cannot recommend him enough. He is so good! He took great care of us and ensured that we are well taken care of and ensured that we're where we're meant to be, when we're meant to be there. He is so knowledgeable and was so fun to chat with. The tour was so good! Had so much fun! If you are trying to decide whether to book this experience or not, JUST DO IT! And request Komang as your driver if you want to be incredibly looked after and make the day go as smoothly as possible.

We had an amazing experience with the Ubud ATV and Water Rafting package! From the very beginning, everything was smooth and well-organised. A special shoutout to our driver, Herry, who was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain the day's itinerary, gave us a clear breakdown of the activities, and shared helpful tips on what to expect, which made us feel comfortable and excited for the adventure ahead. The water rafting was definitely a highlight. The scenery along the river was beautiful, and the rapids provided the perfect balance of excitement and adventure. Our guide, Bagus, was engaging and ensured everyone felt safe while enjoying the experience. The ATV ride was equally enjoyable. The trail was exciting with plenty muddy tracks, a tunnel, and scenic routes that made the ride both thrilling and memorable. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great service, friendly staff, and unforgettable activities.

The activities were fun, the places we visited were beautiful, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. This was my first tour, and it was truly amazing! I'm especially grateful to our driver, Gunn! He picked us up from our hotel outside of Ubud and even provided free transportation to our new accommodation on the way back! When he noticed the car was getting warm during the tour, he would cool it down with the air conditioning beforehand.
