Passeios por Daitoku-ji

Ben was our tour guide, friendly, kind, and a very thoughtful guide. He shared many tips and a lot of history about the location with us. The trip included a train ride, where you could see the river and beautiful scenery. Then, there was a 2-hour boat rafting experience, enjoying various levels of water rides; please note that you might get wet. Lastly, there were 2 hours for self-exploration of bamboo groves, shrines, shop lots, etc.

Sui was nice and communicated well on WhatsApp. This is a good option if you do not want the hassle of commuting, especially if you have a young child or an elderly person in your group, just like we did. They also provided a car seat for our toddler.

I would like to thank our guide, Rex, for this amazing experience. We have enjoyed this very much. He has been very considerate, thoughtful, and helpful. We recommend this to everyone. Rex is the ultimate guide. If you need information, he helps you and sends you all the right links. We definitely enjoyed it very much. Thank you Rex! Jackson is a very caring and helpful tour guide. I have joined tours in other countries before, but this is the first guide who shared the pickup location and pickup time for every stop through WhatsApp/LINE with a map. It was very convenient and easy to follow. He is also very friendly and always offers to help take photos. I really enjoyed the tour. The tour guide is very attentive and responsible. I have participated in tours in other countries, but this is the first time I have encountered a tour guide who shares the pickup location and time for each stop via WhatsApp/LINE, along with a map, making it very easy for everyone to find the meeting point. It's very convenient. He is also very enthusiastic and proactively helps group members take photos, making the entire trip more enjoyable.

Ahead of my trip to Osaka, I thought it would be good to experience the beauty of traditional Japan and take a tour, even though it's summer. So, I diligently searched for tours a month in advance. After watching vlogs and reading tour reviews, I found this particular tour based on the opinion that 'about three places a day seems appropriate.' Our guide was Mr. Oh Seok-bong, and I felt a sense of trust when he introduced himself in various languages after we boarded the bus. He precisely pointed out the culture of Japan and the key viewing points of the attractions, allowing us to see the places we wanted to visit with an efficient itinerary! Furthermore, his recommendations for good restaurants and entertaining stories throughout the tour made it a satisfying experience. If I get the chance to take another tour, I'd love to have Mr. Oh Seok-bong as my guide again!!! 😆 Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!!!

It was such an honor and a great experience. Definitely worth the money. We had fun as Ai was such an excellent guide. She provided nuances between Maiko and Geiko, correcting the preconceived notions given by the movie, Memoirs of a Geisha, and being an excellent interpreter. Umemai-san, the maiko that performed for us, was very amazing. For someone so young to be able to perform for us with great confidence and answer all of our questions, she was just superb. Great job for GuideMe Japan Team for arranging this tour!

This is a must do when in Kyoto and have little time. My 70 year old mon and I joined tour. Majo and Tim were just fantastic! We saw 3 major, incredible Kyoto sites, received macha ice cream, tasted saki, and took several photos. My mom did the hike to Iwatayama mountain, bring good shoes, water. Luckily we had the best weather. Wouldn’t recommend in high, hot temperatures for children and elderly.

在京都旅行，如果想安排一趟悠閒、不趕行程，又能深入感受京都山林與古寺之美的旅程，我真的非常推薦這一團！🌿 更要大力推薦導遊 王兆宇！⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 如果只會中文，真的完全不用擔心，王導中文非常流利，從集合前一天開始就讓人感受到他的專業。我前一天找不到集合地點，抱著試試看的心情打電話給導遊，沒想到他不但立刻接聽，還非常有耐心地一步步協助，光是這份服務態度就值得五星好評！ 整趟旅程中，王導解說清楚、待人親切，完全沒有距離感。開車技術更是讓人佩服，本身是非常容易暈車的體質，竟然完全沒有暈車，開車平穩又舒服，讓人可以安心欣賞沿途美景。 行程安排也非常棒，很適合作為第一次這些景點的入門行程。不僅能快速認識各個景點的特色，也能知道哪些地方最符合自己的喜好。如果遇到特別喜歡的景點，下次再安排自由行深度探索，會更有方向。以一日遊來說，這樣的規劃節奏非常舒服，適合腳程較弱的夥伴，每個景點都保留了停留時間，感受京都山林、古寺與溪流交織的迷人魅力，是我很推薦的一條路線。 🍃 南禪寺擁有莊嚴古樸的寺院氛圍，搭配著名的水路閣，歷史與自然完美融合，四季都有不同風情；永觀堂則以秋季紅葉聞名，雖然這次不是楓葉季，但寧靜優雅的庭園依然別有一番韻味，各有各的美。 🍃 三千院充滿濃厚禪意，青苔庭園靜謐療癒，漫步其中讓人心情瞬間沉澱。這次更幸運遇上南久美子老師的展覽（最後一天），為旅程增添了意想不到的驚喜。 🚃 叡山電車（寶池站－鞍馬站）雖然沒有秋天楓紅隧道的壯觀，但夏季滿山翠綠，沿途景色清新療癒，展現另一種充滿生命力的京都風景。 ⛩️ 貴船神社最令人難忘的，就是參道兩旁整齊排列的紅色燈籠，在綠意襯托下格外夢幻。雖然這次沒有體驗川床料理，但親眼欣賞溪流旁依水而建的川床景觀，也深深感受到京都夏日獨有的風情。 整體來說，這是一趟節奏舒服、沒有壓力的京都深度旅行，不需要一直趕時間，而是真正有機會放慢腳步，感受山林、古寺與溪流交織出的美好。如果還在猶豫要不要參加，我真的很推薦選擇 王兆宇導遊，專業、親切、細心又可靠，絕對會讓你的京都之旅更加分！❤️
