Due to unforeseen circumstances, our travel dates needed to be adjusted. Customer service actively helped us contact the supplier to resolve the issue. We had a wonderful trip, with the option of both Chinese and English-speaking guides. Our female guide, Meme, was very enthusiastic! We absolutely loved the opportunity to get up close with the elephants!

Itinerary: Because of the hot and sticky weather, the waterfall visit was scheduled for the morning, which was very comfortable! In the afternoon, feeding and bathing the elephants was a lot of fun 🥳. Guide: Our guide, Moe, was conscientious, responsible, witty, and humorous! He explained about elephants to everyone, guided us to participate in interactive activities in an orderly manner! His Chinese was also very clear and helpful! He even helped us take photos with the elephants! 🥳

If you're coming to the elephant sanctuary, you absolutely must find tour guide Moe! It was so much fun! He's the most entertaining guide I've ever met; there was never a dull moment, and it felt like we'd known him for ages. Not only did he bring the elephants' stories to life, but he also cracked spontaneous jokes that had us roaring with laughter. He took us to bathe and feed the elephants, and every part of the experience was arranged so engagingly, allowing us to truly feel the joy of interacting with these magnificent creatures. Under his guidance, even those who were a bit scared at first dared to touch an elephant's trunk. This was a healing experience that far exceeded our expectations, largely thanks to this amazing guide!

After extensive online research, I booked the Sticky Waterfalls + Elephant Camp day tour, and the trip turned out to be unexpectedly perfect! Our guide, Ruang, added me on WeChat in advance to let me know the approximate pick-up time at the hotel, so there was no situation where I was left waiting without contact information, as some online reviews mentioned—that was fantastic! 👍 Ruang also managed the time perfectly, making the day feel full and enriching without being too tiring. Moe, the Chinese-speaking guide at the elephant camp, was incredibly humorous, speaking both Chinese and English very well. He was enthusiastic and professional, keeping us laughing throughout the entire trip, providing excellent emotional value. Every elephant at the camp was super cute; the moment an elephant's trunk gently took the rice ball from my hand was incredibly therapeutic. Different elephants even had different personalities; one elephant didn't like banana peels and would peel the banana itself with its trunk, hahaha! 😄 When bathing the elephants, some were having so much fun they didn't want to come back, which shows how well the camp takes care of them. The staff genuinely love animals, and I personally believe this trip achieved a perfect balance between tourist experience and elephant welfare. There were also dogs everywhere, all very friendly and calm, sleeping peacefully wherever they pleased… and a bully breed dog named Mocha who was absolutely adorable! In short, this short day was a full and enriching experience, and both my mind and body felt completely healed~

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Chiang Mai! Climbing the Sticky Waterfalls was a one-of-a-kind adventure, and the bamboo rafting was incredibly peaceful. The best part, however, was spending time with the elephants—feeding and showering them felt like a very authentic and respectful experience. A huge thank you to our guide, Rrueang! Because he grew up in a rural area, he could tell us so much about the deep connection between elephants and Thai culture. He didn't just give us facts; he shared stories about the local way of life that you won't find in a guidebook. He took great care of the whole group and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Everything about this tour was beyond our expectations. It was very well organized and also really fun. It was wonderful to see the elephants outside the Zoo. They are so adorable. From what we could see, they are treated very well at New Elephant Home, and they share a close bonding with the staff. Our tour guide, Paul, was fantastic. He was very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole day, always making sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. He also took some really great photos for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this tour.

This experience was truly enjoyable, and I believe a large part of it was due to our excellent guide. I highly recommend everyone to find guide Poppy; he's humorous, engaging, and explains everything in great detail. He provides high emotional value and even takes photos for us throughout the entire trip to commemorate the experience! Compared to other guides I saw in the park, he created the best atmosphere for his group. Our team had a fantastic time from start to finish. As a Chinese person, I wouldn't lie to another Chinese person – I'm truly, truly grateful to him. If I come back, I'll definitely look for him again. Don't hesitate, just choose him!
