It was a very nice experience, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. As an activity, it's underrated, and that's a shame. It's worth the money and the time to go there from Chiang Mai. Being surrounded by wild nature is the best part. 100% recommended.

There were 7 of us in total, and the organization arranged for 3 staff members to accompany us: one to lead the way and two to assist from behind, which made us feel very secure! The hour passed quickly, and we had a great time~

The itinerary was well-planned, and our family trip with two adults and two children was very enjoyable. The drive from the city to the destination was about 1 hour, and the driver arrived punctually at the hotel lobby for pickup. The instructors were all very safe and meticulous in their guidance. This is a must-do activity when visiting Chiang Mai.

If you only want to ride an ATV and want to have both a driver and a passenger, this package is the most cost-effective. However, it doesn't include transfers. Once booked, you just need to pay attention to the opening hours and you can go, but be aware that you might have to wait when you get there (we waited for about 20 minutes). The ATVs were a bit old. The route was fun and exciting, and it was unexpected that we could drive into the water! Great! We even saw elephants along the way! This is highly recommended.

Highly recommended place! Trazan World provided VIP service and the best guide ever. Super friendly and funny person. The guide himself is the boss. Please do book this when you visit Chiang Mai. Remember to book the pick-up service and hotel drop-off service. It is quite far from the main city.

The ATV experience was first-class. The instructor was very dedicated in teaching, and along the way, besides enjoying the fun of driving the ATV, we also admired beautiful scenery and watched elephants, traversing through the jungle. It was exhilarating, truly an unforgettable journey.

The ATV ride is fun; you can drive into the river, and elephants are visible in the distance. However, this particular place doesn't offer elephant interaction like in the official photos.

It was great! I went by myself, and there were two coaches with me the whole time. It was fun and safe, exciting but not scary.
