1. Pickup: In the morning, tour guide Poppy added me on WeChat, informed me of the exact time, and I got on the car smoothly. 2. Arrangement: The arrangement was very thoughtful; we went rafting first to avoid the strongest sun, then interacted with elephants, and finally visited the Sticky Waterfalls. 3. The tour guide was very professional: From the arrangements to the introductions, and taking photos for us throughout, I highly recommend Mr. Poppy again. He was truly dedicated and professional! This trip was very enjoyable. Thank you, Poppy and the driver.

The experience was amazing, taking care of the elephants, playing and feeding them was so much fun. The bamboo rafting was so relaxing and the food was so good too. Tommy 2, the guide, was very funny and very well prepared; he explained very well about elephant life and diet. Thanks! Mr. T, my driver, was very kind; we shared some Thai tea and beers, having a very enjoyable conversation. I totally recommend the experience, it's unforgettable! I will come back for sure when I have the chance.

Amy was funny, interactive, and made everyone feel comfortable from start to finish. She kept everything running smoothly and made the experience fun, relaxing, and unforgettable. We especially appreciated how she helped capture so many beautiful moments by taking photos throughout the day for everyone. She was also very informative, helpful, and always made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. You can truly feel the love and care this place has for the animals. It was heartwarming to see how happy and well cared for the elephants were. We highly recommend Beautiful Amy and New Elephant Home to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Buying tickets was easy, and there were no issues upon arrival. The park was clean, and there were several baby elephants. Everyone had a great time, and we'd love to come again if we have the chance.
