Maruta & Arya were my drivers! They were so awesome and cool. They shared their insightful knowledge of the Mount Batur & Black Lava! Maruta also took lots and lots of AMAZING photos for me! So so so grateful! This is a definite must go and search for these drivers because trust me, they were really great☺️

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Herman as my Klook guide — truly 100 out of 100! From beginning to end, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He is extremely patient, kind, and professional, and he never once made me feel rushed. When exploring different places, he allows you to take all the time you need to fully enjoy the surroundings, take photos, and soak in the experience at your own pace. Herman is truly a gentleman — respectful, reliable, and thoughtful in every way. He also took amazing photos of me, which I really appreciated! He’s knowledgeable and well-informed about the places we visited, and he answers every question with confidence and detail. On top of that, he’s funny and easy to talk to. We had wonderful conversations, and I genuinely enjoyed his company. If you’re thinking about booking a tour, don’t hesitate.. He is absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend him!

Colo adalah pengemudi jip kami dan dia sangat akomodatif serta mengantar kami dengan aman, dan membantu kami mengambil foto-foto indah. Widi adalah pemandu wisata kami dan dia sangat berpengetahuan, serta menceritakan banyak hal tentang budaya Indonesia dan membawa kami ke restoran otentik yang sangat bagus.

Had a great day at the ATV ride. For a first timer, the course and different terrains were okay. Had no issues with the power of the quads; they plowed through all of the course with ease. The guide was good and gave us the opportunity to do extra circuits if we wanted. Everything was super fun, well organized, and the staff made it even better with their friendly and helpful attitude. The activities were full of energy and definitely a highlight of my trip. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a memorable adventure in Bali!

Kami sangat kagum melihat seorang pengemudi wanita di bidang yang didominasi pria—dia benar-benar menginspirasi kami dengan kepercayaan diri dan dedikasinya! Setelah tur, Arjana membawa kami ke AKASA Specialty Coffee, di mana kami disambut dengan pemandangan menakjubkan yang menghadap ke gunung berapi. Itu dengan mudah menjadikannya sarapan terbaik dari seluruh perjalanan kami di Bali, akhir yang sempurna untuk pengalaman yang sudah tak terlupakan! ¡Lo pasé genial en este tour! Deendra es el guía más amable que he conocido en Bali. Fue puntual para recogerme del hotel... fue muy educado y atento durante todo el viaje. Me sentí muy segura como viajera solitaria y todo gracias a este gran guía. La primera parada fue la plantación de café. Tengo que admitir que no estaba muy emocionada por esta parada, pero me sorprendió gratamente. Tuve al guía más amable mostrándome los alrededores y dando una gran explicación sobre los tipos de café. Siempre estaba sonriendo y era la persona más cálida. En ningún momento me obligó a comprar ningún producto, pero terminé comprando de todos modos porque la degustación de café fue deliciosa. ¡Debes visitar este lugar! Y Akasa Cafe era tan pintoresco y con vistas increíbles. El personal era muy amable y la comida también era excelente. Tenía muchas ganas de ir aquí después de ver todas las publicaciones de Instagram y, ¡vaya, el lugar era tan increíble como las publicaciones de Instagram! 🤩😍 Por último, pero no menos importante, el Monte Batur. El viaje por el camino con excelentes vistas del lago y las explicaciones de Deendra fue la guinda del pastel. Wan, el otro guía, se hizo cargo del tour en Jeep y las vistas eran impresionantes. Me tomó muchas fotos y también sugirió poses. ¡Kintamani y el Monte Batur son una experiencia única que no debe perderse! ¡Tuve un viaje increíble y una gran experiencia! ¡Altamente recomendado! 5 estrellas para los guías 👌

My husband and I were both very satisfied with this guided tour. The reason is that having the history and culture of Indonesia explained in Korean allowed us to understand and enjoy it much more. The vehicle was also comfortable, and since the temples, volcano, and coffee plantation were quite a distance apart, it was great to be able to rest in the car. We appreciated that our opinions were fully reflected among the various choices, and we were safely taken back to our hotel despite the terrible traffic jam until the very end. Thank you.
