Gede is our jeep driver and Nuragh is our driver. They are both very friendly and engaging throughout our jeep tour. Gede helped us to take many nice pictures with the sky full of stars and sunset which we really liked it! Our driver Nuragh also shared insigntful stories with us to let us know more about Bali!

Had a great time on this tour! Deendra is the nicest guide I've met in Bali.He was sharp on time to pick me up.from hotel..was very polite and attentive through out the trip.I felt very safe as a solo traveller and all thanks to this great guide! First stop was the coffee plantation.I have to admit I wasnt too excited for this stop.But I was pleasantly surprised.Had the nicest guide showing me around and giving great explanation about the types of coffee.He was always smiling and just the warmest person.Didnt at any point force me to buy any products but I ended up buying anyways because the coffee tasting was so delicious!! Must visit this place! And Akasa Cafe was so scenic and just amazing views.The staff was so friendly there ans the food was great too! I badly wanted to go here after seeing all the insta feeds and boy the place was just as amazing as the insta posts!!🤩😍Last but not the least Mount Batur The drive along the way with great views of the Lake and explanations from deendra was just the icing on the cake.Wan the other guide took over on the Jeep tour and the views were breathtaking!! He took loads of pics for me and suggested poses as well.Kintamani and Mount Batur is a one of a kind experience that shiuld not be missed! Had an awesome trip and a great experience! Batur tour such a wonderful experience 🫶🏻 Arjana reached out to us prior to the trip to confirm the pick-up schedule, which helped us plan our time better. His friendly demeanor and easygoing personality also made the ride more enjoyable, as we felt comfortable throughout the journey. The highlight of the tour was definitely the jeep adventure through Mt. Batur and the Black Lava fields, led by the amazing Rinti. Despite being new to the job, she remained positive, professional, and skilled, navigating the challenging roads with ease. We were especially amazed to see a female driver in a male-dominated field—she truly inspired us with her confidence and dedication! After the tour, Arjana brought us to AKASA Specialty Coffee, where we were greeted with an astonishing view overlooking the volcano. That easily made it the best breakfast of our entire Bali trip, a perfect end to an already unforgettable experience! Thank you, Klook, for assigning such incredible guides to us! We felt safe, well taken care of, and couldn’t have asked for a better adventure ❤️

Krisnah I think he is the best tour guide id ever had 😄.He is very helpful, you won't shy to him, hard working.... the best thing also is we are 4 only so krisnah can focus to us... driver and tour guide already....

Colo is our jeep driver and he is really accomodating and drive us safely, and helped us taking wonderful photos. Widi is our tour guide and he is very knowledgeable, and told us a lot about Indonesian culture and took us to a very good authentic restaurant.

rawi was veeerry verry kind and good vibes also he takes amazing pictures/videos, he speaks english so it was helpfull for us to communicate and ofc let’s not forget how good his driving was! thank you rawi for everything much love we had unforgettable moments

The driver picked us up from our Seminyak hotel around 6:30 AM the day before. The drive took 2.5 hours. After arriving at the activity location and taking a short break, our guides Budi and Mudi helped us put on the full protective gear they provided and gave us a quick briefing before setting off. This ATV didn't display any gear information on the dashboard, and since I'd only recently gotten my license and don't usually drive, I stalled it countless times that day! The two guides were very nice and patient with me, helping me along the way and taking photos and videos of us. For lunch, they took us to a casual buffet restaurant facing Mount Batur. After lunch, we headed back, passing along narrow roads, through jungles, and over black lava sand. It's a driving experience you don't normally get, so I highly recommend it to everyone!
