The environment and decor are very comfortable, giving you the feeling of being in a Thai spa. It's very convenient to book through WhatsApp after purchasing a voucher on Klook. I really appreciate that they wash your feet before the massage. The masseuse's pressure was just right and effective. When it was time to turn over and face the ceiling, they provided a warm eye mask to block out the light, which was very thoughtful. After the massage, they also offered fruit or red bean soup. The service was excellent, and I will definitely come again if I have the chance.

Facilities: Walk out of Lhowu checkpoint and go straight. The shop is on the left. Come in and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. There is a service counter. I recommend it. It's like a relaxing stay at a good price. Inside, there is a spa restaurant with prices similar to outside restaurants, so you can eat there. You can go outside once for 4 hours.

The place is spacious, with bright and beautiful decor. Drinks are free-flow, and fruits are all-you-can-eat. There's a spa pool and a dry sauna. The therapists are polite and middle-aged, so their massage strength is definitely sufficient. The photos of the therapists are highly retouched. The minimum tip for a foot massage in the lobby is RMB 60/hour, and for a full-body massage, the minimum tip is RMB 100/2 hours.

A very amazing experience. Other than food, everything else was included. You get free-flow fresh fruits and many kinds of drinks, enjoy unlimited onsen, sauna, games, and karaoke. If you did not book their hotel rooms, you will have to find a place to sleep, first come, first served. They will reimburse RMB30 per person if you take a taxi there, and this amount can be offset from any expenses on your final bill.

因是平日光顧加上落雨天, 人客不多, 但幾個年幼的小孩在晨早時份已在場內跑來跑去,她的大媽親人更在場內大聲和小孩說話, 由於人手明顯不足,没有職員作出適當的勸喻, 令人無法全面輕鬆放鬆, 唯有提早離場避之則吉。 另一點安排欠妥當是嘉年華單方面自5月初取消宵夜自助餐, 改為24小時点餐服務,即與我在klook團購包括的服務項目不符, 所以要扣分不能得到5星好評。

ich bin allein als Frau hierher nach China gereist und bin für einige Tage hier in Shenzhen geblieben. Es gibt unendlich viele spa Möglichkeiten hier in der Umgebung, allerdings habe ich mich genau für das richtige entschieden! Die 90 minütige Thai Massage war ein Traum, die Dame hat einfach alle Punkte die mir zur Last gefallen waren, super massiert und Muskelverklebung frei gemacht! vielen vielen Dank für den super angenehmen Aufenthalt. Am ende bekam ich einen kleinen Obstteller und einen schönen warmen Tee. Alles wunderbar!
