Basicamente tem tudo o que você precisa, vale a pena experimentar, especialmente porque você pode vir diretamente sem precisar trazer muita coisa.

The wormhole area is very stuffy and needs improvement, and the air conditioning is insufficient. You have to queue to play the arcade games, which is well-managed; otherwise, many people wouldn't get to play. The funniest part was having my slippers stolen! Another commendable aspect is the shuttle service from Yin Hu Metro Station directly to the entrance of Health 100, with staff assisting with luggage. You need to notify them one day in advance if you require the shuttle service.

The signature treatment mainly focuses on scalp care. This was my first time trying it, and the experience was great. My hair was washed four times, leaving it very clean and comfortable. Combined with the essential oil treatment, my hair felt especially soft and smooth after blow-drying! The shoulder and neck massage was spot-on without causing any pain, making me feel very relaxed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! What deserves special praise is that there was no hard-selling throughout the entire process, so there was no psychological pressure. They only provided detailed explanations when the customer proactively asked, which is great. I will try different treatments next time.
