The overall environment is clean and tidy, the service is warm and attentive, and a welcoming atmosphere permeates everything from the reception lobby to every floor. Conveniently located just a six-minute walk from Exit E of Guomao Subway Station, shuttle services are also readily available. Prices are transparent and reasonable, and settling payments in Hong Kong dollars is hassle-free. Amidst the busy city, Boyu Hot Spring truly allows you to escape the hustle and bustle, take a day trip to this relaxing island, and achieve ultimate physical and mental relaxation. You have to queue to play the arcade games, which is well-managed; otherwise, many people wouldn't get to play. The funniest part was having my slippers stolen! Another commendable aspect is the shuttle service from Yin Hu Metro Station directly to the entrance of Health 100, with staff assisting with luggage. You need to notify them one day in advance if you require the shuttle service.

The environment is clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and the staff is polite. It would be even more perfect if they could communicate in Cantonese! The signature treatment mainly focuses on scalp care. This was my first time trying it, and the experience was great. My hair was washed four times, leaving it very clean and comfortable. Combined with the essential oil treatment, my hair felt especially soft and smooth after blow-drying! The shoulder and neck massage was spot-on without causing any pain, making me feel very relaxed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! What deserves special praise is that there was no hard-selling throughout the entire process, so there was no psychological pressure. They only provided detailed explanations when the customer proactively asked, which is great. I will try different treatments next time.
