The only thing I was not very satisfied with was that the booking pictures showed Haagen-Dazs ice cream, but upon arrival, the free ice cream had changed to domestic ice cream, and Haagen-Dazs required an additional charge. The advertised chocolate fountain was also not provided, and the variety of fruits was relatively small. We had to wait multiple times for watermelon refills, which was a bit slow, but there was a wide variety of drinks, including hand-shaken lemon tea, coffee, and milk tea. When leaving, there was also a shuttle bus to the subway station. Overall, the service staff were very friendly and polite, and we had a pleasant weekend holiday.

Great value! We were 8 adults and 1 child, and we ordered two 3-person sets, which was plenty of food. However, it would have been better if the seating arrangements were managed more efficiently. We arrived at 6:30 PM and didn't get to eat until 9:00 PM. So, it's best to go at 6:00 PM to secure a table, otherwise, you'll have to wait over 2 hours for a tent-style seating area.

Apart from the slightly remote location, everything else was extremely satisfying. The staff were enthusiastic, proactive, and polite. We are vegetarians, but that was not an issue; thank you to the restaurant staff for patiently listening and arranging vegetarian meals for us. Therapists 918/919 were very strong and attentive throughout the session, completely relieving our fatigue. We look forward to returning very soon.
