I really love it here. The staff are incredibly kind and warm-hearted, always willing and eager to help solve any problems. The customer service here is outstanding! Furthermore, the space is very large, offering a diverse range of activities suitable for both active and quiet pursuits. There's a wide variety of fruits, and the melons and small tangerines are all very sweet. There's also a freshly ground coffee machine, and the complimentary handmade drinks are excellent. Every staff member in the fruit area is wonderful and very enthusiastic about helping! My heartfelt thanks to them. This package also included a lobby activity; I chose a foot massage. Ms. Xiao, number 619, was very kind and easy to talk to, and her foot massage technique was excellent—a big thumbs up. I love it here and will definitely come again! Nothing here is cheap, but the overall feeling is great. It was my first time visiting, and I was a bit lost at first, but the auntie was very kind. They provide all disposable items and slippers. There are also many 'wormholes' (private pods); the single ones offer views, and the multi-person ones have power outlets and come with a complimentary drink. The toilets are also very good, automatically cleaning themselves, so you don't have to squat. Even on a Friday night, there were quite a few people, but if you queue and wait a bit, you can still enjoy everything. There are only 8 shower rooms, which is not many, but I never had to wait. There are many saunas and massage pools; you can just wear the provided disposables directly into them, no swimsuit needed. The shower gel isn't some cheap, no-name brand; the facial cleanser and toner also feel very safe to use. Overall, my partner and I had a great experience, though the price isn't exactly cheap. It would be more cost-effective to come on a weekday. The location is a bit out of the way; it's far from the nearby shopping mall, and it takes a long time to get here by subway from Luohu.

All-you-can-eat fruit, unlimited drinks, and unlimited young coconuts and red wine during restricted hours. There are various VR games, including a VR experience that can rotate 190 degrees, and the VR roller coaster is very cool. There's also a phone booth-style KTV, which is great for singing your heart out. The massages are standard, and the hot spring is just a large public bath, not a refined hot spring experience. Of course, there are also PS5 & Switch games, etc., and many "wormholes" (private rooms). Massage services are available 24 hours a day. If you go for a massage very late, you might be able to sleep overnight directly in the massage room, depending on the number of guests that day. Overall, there's food and fun, highly recommended!

The spa was really big with good facilities. It provides unlimited food and drinks. Also, it provides VR, games and resting areas. The massage was really nice too!

What an eye-opener! We had such a great time, we didn't want to leave! My friend came from abroad, and it was his first time in China, so I took him to A Qila. It was my first time too... The service, attitude, environment, and hygiene were all excellent! All the staff were very diligent! I'd especially like to thank therapist No. 909. After the gua sha and cupping, I feel much better now 🙏... The variety of food in the restaurant was more than we expected, and it was delicious. We really didn't want to leave... The only thing is, since neither of us are locals and we don't have WeChat Pay, it would be perfect if Alipay could be added for the game tokens. We wanted to spend more money, but we really couldn't.

Environment: I went in the afternoon and found it quite clean. The cleaning aunties were constantly cleaning, and the toilets had automatic disposable seat covers. The next morning, when I woke up, there were blankets everywhere. Massage Therapist: I only participated in one lobby massage, and the strength was very good. Facilities: There are quite a few VR games, and you can play them for free non-stop, which makes it very worthwhile. However, people who speak Mandarin often cut in line, while those who speak Cantonese have to queue. Atmosphere: Very crowded, even more so at night. The children don't seem to sleep. If I hadn't stayed overnight, it probably would have been much better, as people were constantly walking through the resting area. Service: Normal level.

This was my first time experiencing this type of activity in Shenzhen, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was a bit hard for me to find as I'm directionally challenged, but transportation was very convenient. The staff inside were all very polite and friendly. Even I, who usually gets bored quickly, stayed for 6 hours. There are many entertainment facilities, and staff are on hand to assist with more thrilling activities. When you're tired, you can go to the 3rd floor for an all-you-can-eat fruit buffet with a wide variety. I chose the sesame oil massage, and the masseurs were very professional, applying great pressure to every part of the body. Thumbs up!

Happy experience with my family. Stayed around 7 hours there but it wasn't enough, should have stayed longer. All the facilities are good. Love it, glad to arrange this into our trip before our midnight flight home. Recharge.

Good: There are many games, similar to those at Hong Kong's Jumpin' Gym U.S.A., as well as new VR games. In other tourist areas in mainland China, these would cost tens of yuan per person/per session, but here they are free and unlimited, which is very cost-effective. You don't have to wait too long for each game because there are so many types; you can always find a free slot to play the more popular ones. There are also very new music games, VR shooting games, VR experience games, etc. There's a wide variety of all-you-can-eat fruits, catering to Hong Kong tastes, and the continuous supply of fresh coconuts during their designated time slot is also impressive. There's also a good selection of drinks, including familiar brands like Watsons distilled water, sugar-free Coca-Cola, and Fanta, as well as a very popular lactic acid drink that tastes very similar to Yakult. The lobby massage is very comfortable, allowing for simultaneous shoulder/neck and foot massages. The shower products are truly comprehensive; there are usually two brands of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner to choose from. From facial cleanser to toner and lotion, to toothpaste, toothbrushes, paper cups, and disposable face towels, everything is available. Although I don't gel my hair, I saw relevant products supplied. If you're not picky, you can genuinely come with zero luggage. I brought my 5-year-old child, and only he needed his own toothpaste. The disposable underwear isn't paper; it's cotton. The pink-edged ones are smaller, suitable for medium to large sizes, while the white-edged ones are larger, suitable for large to extra-large sizes. It's recommended to bring your own panty liners for better protection. The free ice cream is not shoddy; I particularly liked the vanilla flavor. There are many KTV rooms, so it's easy to get a spot, the sound quality is very good, and the soundproofing is excellent, preventing any awkwardness. Food is available 24 hours, but some sample items stop being supplied at different times, which is something to note if you're with elderly people or young children. ///// Bad: The 'wormhole' (rest area) takes a lot of time to find and secure a spot. As I had a young child, not finding one made me very uneasy. I highly recommend finding a spot as soon as you enter. After finally finding a place, and asking someone to tidy it, the pillows and bedsheets hadn't been changed for us; they just gave us what the previous person used. As a result, we had to use many towels to cover everything, luckily there were plenty of towels. It was very noisy when sleeping at night; people were walking around and talking all night. I felt like I hadn't slept at all. It was unusually stuffy when sleeping at night; at 08:00, I woke up feeling hot and couldn't sleep anymore. I went to the women's-only area in Zone H, which was quieter and cooler. I recommend that female-only groups consider sleeping on the upper bunks in the women's-only 'wormhole' area, as the lower bunks are more susceptible to disturbance from walking sounds. There were two sets of four music games that were constantly occupied by their enthusiasts, making them almost impossible to play. I am thin but actually centrally obese. Initially, the staff gave me a medium size. Knowing I couldn't wear it, I changed to a large size. Although it fit, the belly area felt a bit tight, but they refused to give me an XXL, repeatedly saying they didn't have any, even though I saw them giving them to other guests. After wearing the slippers for a long time and walking around, my feet felt a bit uncomfortable. In the early hours of the morning, the resting area was full of people sleeping, so doing a lobby massage felt very awkward. Therefore, I rescheduled it for the morning. There's nothing else. Overall, I'm very satisfied, both children were very happy, and the staff were all very good. Thank you.
