East Lake Park, Shenzhen massages

The environment and decoration are very comfortable, giving you the feeling of being in a Thai spa. After buying the ticket from Klook, I made an appointment via WhatsApp, which was very convenient. They will wash the guests' feet before the massage, which I really like. The master's massage force is moderate and just right. When guests turn around to face the ceiling, they will be provided with warm eye masks to block out the light, which is very thoughtful. Fruit/red bean paste is provided after the massage. The service is great and I will definitely come again if I have the chance.

Amenities: After exiting Luohu Port, walk straight ahead. The shop will be on your left. Enter and take the elevator to the 3rd floor, where you'll find the service counter. I highly recommend it; it feels like a relaxing getaway at a good price. Inside, there's a spa restaurant with prices comparable to those outside, so you can definitely grab a meal there. You're allowed to leave the premises once for up to 4 hours.

The place is large, the environment is beautifully decorated, drinks and fruits are all you can eat, there is a spa pool and a dry steam room. The technicians are all polite, middle-aged, and the massage is definitely strong enough. The technician's photo taking skills are quite high. The minimum tip for foot massage in the lobby is RMB $60/hr, and the minimum tip for full body massage is RMB $100/2hr.

A very amazing experience. Other than food, everything else were included. You get free flow of fresh fruits and many kinds of drinks, enjoy unlimited onsen, sauna, games, karaoke. If you did not book their hotel rooms, you will have to find a place to sleep, first come first serve. They will reimburse RMB30/pax if you take a taxi there and this amount can be offset from any expenses on your final bill.

Because it was a weekday and rainy, there weren't many customers. However, several young children were already running around the venue early in the morning, and their aunt was speaking loudly to them. Due to an obvious shortage of staff, no one intervened to politely ask them to quiet down, which made it impossible to fully relax. We ended up leaving early to avoid the situation. Another poorly managed aspect was that the carnival unilaterally canceled the late-night buffet starting in early May, replacing it with 24-hour à la carte service. This did not align with the services included in my Klook group purchase, so I cannot give a 5-star rating.

I traveled to China alone as a woman and stayed here in Shenzhen for a few days. There are countless spa options in the area, but I definitely chose the right one! The 90-minute Thai massage was a dream; the lady expertly massaged all the points that were bothering me and released muscle knots! Thank you so much for the wonderfully pleasant stay. At the end, I received a small fruit plate and a nice warm tea. Everything was wonderful!
