Passeios por Hakone Checkpoint

Estoy muy contento de haber reservado esta excursión de un día. Nuestro guía Brewski fue increíble. Aunque había mucho tráfico por ser temporada alta, cambió el horario y aun así pudimos hacer todo con tiempo de sobra para explorar. También fue muy útil con las recomendaciones de comida. Gracias a él, comimos el mejor ramen picante de erizo de mar.

Our guide Jack "Captain Jack" was amazing. He provided so many details about the locations and even provided tips. He helped take photos of the groups and although we didn't get to see Fuji, it was still a fun experience. Since I knew seeing Fuji was unpredictable, I wanted a tour that provided a bit more. My only recommendations is for the lunch get the chicken not the beef. Meat was very chewy and more expensive.

Our tour guide was fantastic! He was friendly, helpful, and his knowledge of Japan and the areas was extensive. We were very lucky on the day as we had a very clear view of Mt Fuji, however due to the strong winds we did not get to ride the cable car. The only downside I would note would be that as there are so many tours and tourists visiting these areas, they are overcrowded and you are very limited with the time you have for using the bathroom, getting food, and taking a quick few snaps.

Today's itinerary was very enjoyable, and I'd especially like to thank our tour guide, Tanni! I have a hearing impairment and was initially worried about not being able to hear information clearly. However, Tanni was incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire trip. She proactively sent me messages with important itinerary reminders and paid special attention to my needs, allowing me to comfortably participate in all activities without missing any details. Tanni's attitude was kind, patient, and very considerate; I truly felt a great deal of care and attention. This trip was made much more reassuring and pleasant because of her. Thank you very much for Tanni's dedicated service; she truly deserves a five-star review! If I have the opportunity again, I would be very willing to join a tour led by her.

What a great way to get a taste of the Hakone and Mt. Fuji areas. Mandy was very time efficient and did a great job checking on all the guests. While I wish the sky was clear enough to see Mt. Fuji, I still had a wonderful time!

とても楽しいツアーでした。ツアーガイドのエビータさん、ありがとうございました。旅程は充実していて良かったです。ツアーガイドは皆が時間通りに行動できるよう、うまく調整してくれました。天気もとても良く、富士山を垣間見ることができました。日本の連休後の交通渋滞のため、バスでの帰路は3時間以上かかりました。特に、ツアーガイドによるバスでのクイズ大会と景品が楽しかったです。私たちはツアーガイドのラッキーベルを勝ち取りました。エビータさんとドライバーさん、ありがとうございました。

Interesting itinerary. Although I've been to Japan many times and to many prefectures, today's places of interest are new to me. Oshino Hakkai (village) in particular is a beautiful place. Also, Rachel, our guide, is good, clear in her explanations, and excellent at introducing the attractions. She is a friendly and patient guide.
