​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The absolute highlight of our Japan itinerary! ​Escaping the hustle of Tokyo for a day in Mt. Fuji and Hakone was an unforgettable reset. Seeing Mt. Fuji's iconic peak in person is stunning enough, but the real magic of this tour is how every segment feels like a new perspective: ​The Volcanic Vistas: Standing at Owakudani with the sulfur vents below and Fuji rising behind you is surreal. (Don't skip the black eggs!) ​On the Water & Air: Gliding across Lake Ashi on the pirate ship offered breathtaking views, followed by sweeping panoramas on the Hakone Ropeway. ​Stress-Free Logistics: Navigating Hakone's multi-layered transit (buses, ropeways, boats) on your own can be confusing, but this tour seamlessly connects every piece of the puzzle. ​Special thanks to our guide (Yang) and driver for keeping everything punctual while giving us plenty of time to explore. Worth every penny!

This trip was excellent. Our tour guide Matt was super friendly and Great English speaking guide. He gave us all possible recommendations at all places for local food, sight seeing and souvenir shopping. It was a great experience. Please ask for Matt as your guide if you plan to take this one day trip. you will thank me later.

Rakastin tätä retkeä ehdottomasti! 🇯🇵✨ Tämä oli ensimmäinen ulkomaanmatkani, joten olin hieman hermostunut matkustamisesta täysin uuteen paikkaan. Tämän opastetun retken varaaminen oli yksi parhaista päätöksistäni, ja siitä tuli todella upea kokemus. Oppaamme Erik oli fantastinen! Hän oli uskomattoman asiantunteva ja informatiivinen, jakaen paljon mielenkiintoista tietoa vierailemistamme paikoista ja alueen historiasta. Hän oli myös lähestyttävä, mikä teki koko päivästä rentouttavan ja nautinnollisen. Fuji-vuoren näkeminen, Hakonen tutkiminen, merirosvolaivalla matkustaminen Ashi-järvellä, Owakudani ja Oshino Hakkai tekivät päivästä ikimuistoisen. Maisemat olivat aivan upeat, ja oli hämmästyttävää kokea niin paljon yhden päivän aikana. Suuri kiitos Erikille siitä, että hän teki ensimmäisestä ulkomaanmatkastani niin positiivisen ja ikimuistoisen kokemuksen. Suosittelisin tätä retkeä ehdottomasti, varsinkin jos olet ensimmäistä kertaa Japanissa! 🇯🇵❤️

We had a great day trip with our tour guide, Jack! He was friendly, engaging, and explained everything clearly and in detail. His English was very fluent, which made the whole tour easy to follow and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Meillä oli aivan fantastinen kokemus tällä retkellä. Vaikka sää ei ollut meille erityisen suosiollinen ja Fuji-vuori päätti pysyä piilossa koko päivän, näimme ja koimme silti paljon ja meillä oli todella upea päivä. Suuri osa tästä oli oppaamme Erikin ansiota. Hän oli fantastinen koko ajan, jakaen matkan varrella niin paljon mielenkiintoisia näkemyksiä, tarinoita ja historianpätkiä. Se lisäsi kokemukseen valtavasti ja teki päivästämme todella ikimuistoisen. Eniten meitä yllätti se, kuinka paljon tällä retkellä pääsee kokemaan. Vaikka emme nähneet Fujia, lähdimme kotiin tunteella, että meillä oli ollut todella täysi ja mieleenpainuva päivä, emmekä tunteneet jääneemme mistään paitsi. Ja itse asiassa emme ole pettyneitä siihen, ettei Fuji näyttäytynyt, koska nyt meillä on täydellinen syy palata! Kun palaamme, olemme paljon paremmin valmistautuneita ja täysin varustautuneita kaikilla Erikin antamilla vinkeillä siitä, mitä tehdä, mitä ei tehdä ja miten alueesta saa kaiken irti. We had such a great experience with our tour guide, Will! He was so funny, knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all of our questions. He made the whole day enjoyable and kept us laughing. We didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji because it was hiding behind the clouds, but the tour was still absolutely worth it! I really appreciated that Will and the team waited a little longer to give us a chance to see if the clouds would clear. It showed how much they genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. Will even gifted us a Japanese golden turtle, which symbolizes longevity and good fortune. Such a thoughtful little souvenir that made the experience even more special. Our driver was also wonderful and got us everywhere safely and comfortably throughout the tour. I highly recommend this tour! Even without seeing Mt. Fuji, we had such a fun and memorable day. We’re planning to book again when we come back during the winter, and hopefully Mt. Fuji will show itself next time! 🗻🇯🇵

Our Tour guide was Matt, he was fantastic! He was funny, full of recommendations for activities around Tokyo and he also gave us the 'run down' before each stop, explaining what activities would take too long, explaining where the lines would be for photos and how to have the best experience at each stop. He did a great job keeping everyone on time ensuring that everyone knew what time to be back at the bus at every stop. Itinerary was very fast paced though so be prepared to move, not really enough time to explore each stop, just a fast paced in and out. I would have personally liked more time at Hakone Shrine and skip the swans on the lake.

sakuragi was our guide and did an amazing job! he knew all the stops and where to take a photo. he was kind and up beat and he was easy to understand in multiple languages, including english!!!

Even though there was a traffic jam, Ko our guide didn't cut any of the attractions which was very kind of him. it's not his fault we got back late. it was a good day trip. Will recommend to everyone.
