Amazing experience on the tour. The driver, Mann, was very polite and helpful. He took us to three spots where we saw many colorful fish and turtles. Would highly recommend them.

The instructors (Rado and I forgot the other name) were welcoming and gave us a proper safety induction. After the safety briefing, they gave us practice in a pool to hone our skills. We felt more confident going into the ocean after that. We were able to swim freely under their guidance. They pointed out clownfish, seahorses, turtles, and sharks. We felt safe throughout the experience, and I would book with them again. Thank you for the smooth experience. It was one of the highlights of our trip, but they made us pay extra for the videos and photos.

Thanks to Abdul, who guided us, we had a very kind and enjoyable time. The photos and videos were also of excellent quality! My girlfriend, who was snorkeling for the first time, also had a lot of fun. If we ever come back, I'll definitely contact Abdul again.

We booked a private tour, and it was absolutely splendid. Our driver, Alex, arrived on time for the hotel pick-up. When we reached the beach, the boat crew was already waiting for us. Our guide went above and beyond to ensure everything was well organized and enjoyable. Their knowledge, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the photos taken by the guide during snorkeling turned out amazing.

I had a great time. They give you about an hour at Gili Air, so you can eat comfortably. At first, I thought I only had 25 minutes and almost didn't order anything. But then I realized I had plenty of time to relax. Anyway, it was great value for money and very friendly. The course changes depending on the situation. I did the 3-course option.
