They also told us how to prepare for altitude sickness, prepared medicine, and packed chocolates for each person. 4. Our group had 7 people, and after the Jungfrau tour, each of us had different plans, but they guided us meticulously, so we finished well. 5. They took photos very diligently, and the explanations were great! 6. They generously shared recommendations for good restaurants, shopping lists, and places to shop. 7. Paragliding over Lauterbrunnen and Mürren was easily one of the highlights of our Switzerland trip. The experience was both thrilling and surprisingly peaceful, with breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, green valleys, waterfalls, and charming alpine villages. Our pilot was professional, friendly, and made us feel safe throughout the flight. The takeoff was smoother than expected, and floating above the Bernese Alps felt like seeing Switzerland from a completely different perspective. The photos and videos were an added bonus, but nothing compares to experiencing it in person. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Jungfrau region.

I was so worried about the weather, but the guide timed everything perfectly, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful Jungfrau tour! I fell and got injured in the middle of the trip, but the guide took responsibility until the end, helping me find a hospital and even assisting with purchasing necessary items at the pharmacy. Tour guide Weili was truly outstanding and deserves more than 5 stars. Two days before departure, she contacted us on WeChat with warm reminders. On the day of the tour, from the moment we boarded the bus to every scenic spot, she was incredibly attentive and considerate, even proactively helping us take photos. Her professionalism was evident. Additionally, there was a small incident on the return journey. Because I was overly enthusiastic, I was targeted by some local staff whom I believe were intentionally trying to bully Chinese people. I hope everything turned out fine in the end.

Today's Jungfraujoch day trip was very smooth and convenient, saving us the trouble of researching transportation ourselves. We were able to see all the beautiful sights within a limited time. Many thanks to our Chinese guide, Min, who shared tips for enjoying the views, and our English guide was also very humorous and engaging. Overall, I highly recommend this experience.👍
