Jungfrau was even more enjoyable!!!♡♡♡ 1. We were able to meet our guide easily because they contacted us in advance. 2. I asked questions via private message and they answered very kindly. 3. They also told us how to prepare for altitude sickness, provided medicine, and packed individual chocolates for us. 4. Our group had 7 people, and after the Jungfrau tour, everyone had different plans, but the guide provided detailed assistance, so everything went smoothly. 5. They took so many great photos and their explanations were fantastic! 6. They generously shared recommendations for restaurants, shopping lists, and good places to shop. 7. They even prepared flag props for taking photos! Thanks to their kind and detailed guidance, our trip was even more enjoyable. Thank you!

Paragliding over Lauterbrunnen and Mürren was easily one of the highlights of our Switzerland trip. The experience was both thrilling and surprisingly peaceful, with breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, green valleys, waterfalls, and charming alpine villages. Our pilot was professional, friendly, and made us feel safe throughout the flight. The takeoff was smoother than expected, and floating above the Bernese Alps felt like seeing Switzerland from a completely different perspective. The photos and videos were an added bonus, but nothing compares to experiencing it in person. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Jungfrau region.

I was worried about the weather, but our guide timed everything perfectly, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful visit to Jungfrau! I fell and got hurt along the way, but the guide took care of me until the very end, helping me find a hospital and even assisting with purchasing necessary items at the pharmacy. I'm so grateful. Our tour guide, Weili, was absolutely outstanding and deserves more than a 5-star commendation. Two days before our trip, she contacted us via WeChat with helpful reminders. On the day of the tour, from ensuring comfortable seating on the bus to meticulously looking after us at every attraction, she was incredibly attentive. She even proactively offered to help with photos, demonstrating her exceptional professionalism. Additionally, there was a minor incident on the return journey. Because I was perhaps too enthusiastic, I was targeted by some local staff whom I believe were intentionally trying to bully Chinese people. I hope everything turned out alright in the end.

Today's Jungfraujoch day tour was very smooth and convenient, saving us the hassle of figuring out transportation ourselves. We were able to see all the beautiful sights in a limited amount of time. Special thanks to our Chinese tour guide, Min, who gave us tips for enjoying the views, and our English tour guide was also very humorous and engaging. Overall, I highly recommend this experience! 👍
