Passeios por Phillip Island

Our tour guide, Curtis, was very enthusiastic. At first, it felt like he talked a lot, but he also gave us time to rest later on. The entire itinerary had ample time, and we never felt rushed, though some guests might have been a little late. The steam train experience was excellent; I was surprised we rode it for almost 45 minutes. I personally think most souvenirs aren't necessary to buy; it's better to save time for photos and enjoying the scenery. When we went to see the penguins, I was surprised that the guide noticed I was wearing a short skirt and asked if I was cold, even thoughtfully giving me a hand warmer. I'm not someone who gets cold easily, so I immediately gave the hand warmer to my friend who does. I highly recommend everyone buy the deluxe seats because when you see them come ashore and then go back, you are almost within two hand-lengths of them – it's incredibly worthwhile. Even more surprising was the sky full of stars; the scenery combined with the penguins was truly a 100-point experience. Many thanks to the tour for this experience.

Thanks to our tour guide and driver, Stuart. He is really kind and helpful. He always reminds us of everything, even which toilet is cleaner. We have enough time to take photos and walk around each place. It is my first time to visit Australia with family. We are happy to have him as our guide. However, I have something to remind you all. It is highly recommended to have a great breakfast before you get on the tour bus. Your next meal would probably be around 5:30 PM.

Overall, the tour was good, although the itinerary felt a bit rushed. There were so many places to visit, but not enough time to fully enjoy each one. The highlights of our trip were definitely the rainforest tour and the Puffing Billy experience—they were absolutely superb! I’d also like to give special recognition to our tour guide, Mr. Joe Chan. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating throughout the trip. He went above and beyond by helping us take photos and videos, making sure we captured wonderful memories together. We truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and exceptional service. Thank you, Mr. Joe Chan, for making our experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to you!

I really enjoyed this tour and appreciated how much effort Matt put into making the experience fun and informative. He shared lots of interesting information about Melbourne and Phillip Island, plus gave plenty of helpful recommendations before the tour ended. The itinerary was well-planned, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Matt even managed to squeeze in some extra spots so we could see kangaroos, wallabies, and other animals along the way. The Puffing Billy Railway ride was a nice experience, the views at The Nobbies during sunset were absolutely beautiful, and the little penguins were incredibly cute!! 😄

This was a tremendous experience! Our guide Ben is super nice and knowledgeable. He provided us with interesting information about Melbourne and the animals (especially the Little Penguins). He also managed the time very well so that we could have sufficient time to enjoy the views and watch animals, and also to have dinner, etc. I will highly recommend this tour and thank you, Ben, for providing a wonderful experience!

This tour is worth every penny you spent. The driver and tour guide, Evan, is bilingual, speaking both Mandarin and English. Evan is kind and informative. The itinerary and all the introductions he provided were clear. We went directly to the Puffing Billy Railway and spent 2 hours there, including having lunch on our own. Taking the train is so much fun! If the weather is good, the view is super nice! We loved it a lot. The train ride took about an hour from Lakeside to Belgrave. Then we headed to the Maru Koala and Animal Park. Evan bought the group ticket for everyone, which cost $30 per person, cheaper than the original price of $33. The zoo has many animals, such as kangaroos, white kangaroos, koalas, quokkas, alpacas, dingoes, sheep, and some reptiles. We could get very close to the animals and take selfies; it was a great experience, and we enjoyed it a lot. We will definitely recommend this tour to everyone visiting Melbourne. The Puffing Billy train is one of the must-do things in Melbourne.

Although the tour guide will not accompany you throughout the entire trip and the price is not cheap, there will be a simple introduction during the drive, and the attractions visited are all very beautiful. It also saves you the trouble of arranging your own transportation. If you are traveling with a small group and are not self-driving, this tour is still highly recommended. Finally, I suggest not staying too long on the beach for the penguin parade at Phillip Island! Returning to the boardwalk area earlier will allow you to see the little penguins returning home from a closer distance. You can also look around the boardwalk area before it gets dark, and you might actually spot a lone penguin!

We had an amazing time on the Nature Tour at Phillip Island! It was such a memorable experience, and we were incredibly lucky with the wildlife we saw. During the tour we spotted pelicans, dolphins, seals, and even a whale, which was an unforgettable highlight. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable by sharing interesting facts about the local marine life. If you're visiting Phillip Island and love nature and wildlife, this tour is definitely worth doing. Highly recommend!
