one of the best tours I’ve had. Luke was the driver and tour guide. He was highly knowledgeable and fantastic. I wish I had a few more days in Melbourne to book Luke for another tour. The tour (itinerary) itself was amazing and Luke made it even more memorable. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family about how great the experience was. we started off at the Moonlit Sanctuary and fed wallabies/kangaroos. The highlight was spotting the wild wallaby as we drove to the penguins. The best part was seeing the little penguins come up from the beach and waddle up into the grass. the gift shop was great too. It was a sunny day but definitely windy. the gift shop had great embrodied jumpers and zip ups as well as blankets to purchase. I love the penguin parade. Great thank you to Luke for making it so fun too. We listened to his playlist and he sang.

amazing tour. Hugh is a good translator, good tourguide, looks after the participants. places visited are magnificent. 10/10 will avail the optional tour again. saw a mommy koala craddling her baby while both are sleeping. all in all worth it. was able to feed the kangaroos. kangaroos are free and has a designated refuge area thus they are well treated. all kangaroo sizes are present and bonded with us

I really enjoyed this tour and appreciated how much effort Matt put into making the experience fun and informative. He shared lots of interesting information about Melbourne and Phillip Island, plus gave plenty of helpful recommendations before the tour ended. The itinerary was well-planned, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Matt even managed to squeeze in some extra spots so we could see kangaroos, wallabies, and other animals along the way. The Puffing Billy Railway ride was a nice experience, the views at The Nobbies during sunset were absolutely beautiful, and the little penguins were incredibly cute!! 😄

Terry was hands down the best Aussie guide I’ve had. The small bus tour was brilliant from start to finish, with great stories, sharp jokes, easy conversation and some of the best travel photography spots along the way. The day covered Puffing Billy and the Phillip Island Penguin Parade, but what made it stand out was how Terry ran everything. Tight ship, smooth timing, no stress, and the whole trip moved like clockwork without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants a fun, well-organised and memorable day out. Keep your fingers crossed that you'll get Terry!

The guide picked us up at Adina Apartment. First, we went to the Koala Conservation Reserve, which is two hours from the city. We stayed for one hour, which is enough if you only want to see koalas; just walk straight to the koala boardwalk. Next is Cowes, where you can enjoy a beach picnic view. It's better to bring a picnic bag full of food for lunch so you can enjoy the beach. We only had one hour, and there are no fast-food restaurants. It takes 40 minutes to order and get food from a regular restaurant. The next stop is the Nobbies Centre, which offers a beach view with rocks and a bridge. It's a nice place to take a lot of photos, but we only stopped for 15 minutes, so be quick. Then we went to Nature Park to see the Penguin Parade. First, we bought some Phillip Island souvenirs. Then we went to the boardwalk and took a seat, waiting for the sunset and the penguins. Around 8 to 9 PM, one by one, the little penguins slowly walked to the shore with their big tummies. Then we walked along the boardwalk back to the main building. Throughout the boardwalk, we saw many little penguins walking back to their nests in the sand, so don't be in a hurry. What an interesting experience. Loved it.

I'm so glad I booked this tour! Booking Puffing Billy on my own was nearly impossible as tickets sell out so fast, so I'm thrilled the tour could secure our spots. The experience was amazing! Our guide was incredibly kind and lovely, sharing fascinating stories throughout the trip. A major highlight was seeing wallabies in their natural habitat—watching them in the wild was such a special moment. Also, when we were at Phillip Island, the guide was so thoughtful. They helped us find a great spot for dinner that was both delicious and very affordable. If you're looking for a tour that is well-organized and truly cares about your experience, this is the one!

This trip was well worth the money. We had an amazing guide named Jess that was very knowledgeable and kept an upbeat energy for the entire day. We were given a good amount of time to explore each stop and opportunities to see wildlife. Highly recommend this tour!

It was an amazing experience. We visited the Moonlight Sanctuary, where we saw all sorts of Australian animals. After that, we went to the beach to see the penguins. It was breathtaking. Bob, our guide, was very patient and funny, making the entire trip very enjoyable.
