行程超级合理而且很丰富的一次安排，九点出发不会很累，只要住在火车站附近就行，还能在酒店吃完早餐再出门。Joe人超级好，一直很有耐心，而且会帮助大家拍照，在小火车还帮我们拍了小视频，这种纪念对于我这种一个人出来旅行的特别友好。去巧克力庄园美美吃个冰淇淋，再去酒庄品鉴葡萄酒，去澳洲怎么能不喝葡萄酒！还摸到了一直很好奇的袋鼠，毛真的好舒服，而且有吃的他们真的很热情。也能看到考拉，比悉尼塔龙加看到的多。晚上再去看企鹅归巢，不过这个点稍微有点失望。可能离得太远了吧，发现和网上宣传差挺多。而且我感觉这个岛适合自驾住一晚，真的好舒服。

I highly recommend this day trip! We met at 9 AM and returned to Melbourne city center at 9:30 PM! The itinerary was perfectly planned, and our driver and guide, Joe, was very professional and meticulous. He personally led us at each stop and introduced the attractions in English while driving. He's from Hong Kong, speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and his English explanations were very detailed. He's been in Australia for 25 years and drives smoothly! We were very lucky to have such a good guide; he took individual photos for everyone at each stop and even filmed us standing on the bridge when we rode the Puffing Billy steam train. He was also very friendly to children!!! We traveled in a medium-sized bus, with about 20 people in our group! The first stop was a chocolate factory, where we stayed for 40 minutes with unlimited chocolate tasting. The second stop was for wine tasting (AUD 15 per person, optional), lasting 30 minutes. We tasted 5 types of wine, about two sips of each. I personally feel this optional activity isn't a must-do; perhaps I'm not a connoisseur, as I couldn't discern anything special. Next was lunch, in a small town with options like McDonald's and Chinese restaurants (at our own expense). Most people chose McDonald's. We stayed for 40 minutes. Our Puffing Billy steam train ride was at 2:15 PM. We were lucky that the train wasn't delayed and the weather was great. The ride lasted about half an hour. Seating is important; sit on the right side to get the best view of the train! Unfortunately, the timing was tight, so we didn't have time to stop at the souvenir shop to buy postcards. Then we visited Mary's Koala & Kangaroo Sanctuary. Unlike city zoos, this one is smaller, but you can feed and touch kangaroos up close. This is an optional activity, AUD 30 per person (group ticket price), and we stayed for about 45 minutes. It's definitely worth experiencing! Everyone had a great time. The last stop was the Penguin Parade, where we had an hour, which was enough time. The penguins mainly return to their nests after sunset, coming home in groups! It's recommended to find a good spot for photos early. It's quite cold there as it's the southernmost point of Melbourne! In summary, the itinerary isn't rushed, but be prepared for long travel times. If you're lucky enough to have Joe as your guide, it will be a wonderful day!

Decidí unirme a este tour como mujer que viajaba sola, pero terminé el viaje con un sentimiento de gran gratitud. Joe Chan fue mi guía turístico. Hizo su trabajo muy bien y fue muy atento. El horario del tour no estaba demasiado apretado, pero es mejor llevar tus propias comidas ligeras para comer mientras te desplazas de un lugar a otro. Muy recomendado.

I chose to join this tour based on consistently good reviews of its tour guides, and I was not disappointed at all. Joe Chan is the most considerate guide I have ever met! He pays good attention to each person in the group (11 people) and offers help before we ask. It was a long day (over 13 hours and 400km mileage) but he managed to maintain a professional smile and high level of energy throughout the whole day. He sent us very clear guidance the evening before, prepared us with a lot of details at each stop on the tour, and helped all of us take pictures, so I felt well taken care of even though I was traveling alone. I would highly recommend this tour if a good guide is important to you. The Puffing Billy train and penguin parade are very unique and interesting experiences, not to be missed! I liked the Maru animal park as well - it’s small but you can get up close to the kangaroos and feed them. Wine tasting and chocolaterie are also interesting and not normal shopping stops.

A really decent tour to cover bits and pieces around the East/South of Melbourne in a day, that you would otherwise need to put effort into planning, booking, and driving around. Shout out to William for taking care of us.

My driver and guide for the tour is Joe, and he is so friendly. Even though the Puffing Billy on our trip was cancelled due to unexpected notice from the Police, Joe made it up to us by driving us to places near the beach, where we could see the beautiful sunset. If you are into taking photos, you can surely get a lot of beautiful pictures. The whole tour was safe thanks to Joe. What a great experience!

Everyone had a great time here, especially with the itinerary arrangements, which were excellent. Basically, all the must-try experiences were included. I recommend everyone follow this itinerary. The price is also very reasonable. At the zoo, there are many types of animals, and you can get up close. If you're not afraid, you can directly touch the kangaroos. I suggest adding $3 to feed the kangaroos and see if they eat. Then, you'll go to the winery, which costs an additional $15 and is not included. The zoo entrance fee is also not included, costing around $23. The highlight is the mini train, which is as good as ever. This experience is a must. The whole ride is about 15 minutes, which is enough for the experience, because you sit with your bottom on one side and your feet dangling outside the train. If you sit for too long, your bottom will hurt. Finally, there are the penguins. You can see how cute they are. A friendly reminder: no photos are allowed here, and do not use flash photography as it can harm the penguins' eyes. Everyone must be disciplined.

Don't waste time looking at other travel agencies' itineraries; I've already checked them all for you. At the same price point, other agencies' worst reviews mentioned cars breaking down, guides who were also drivers offering no commentary, or even last-minute no-shows. We were so lucky! Our guide today, Shin, had none of these issues. Instead, he gave us the most direct advice, provided appropriate introductions to attractions, drove smoothly and quickly, and even stopped for us to take photos when we saw kangaroos ❤️. In all my working life, I've never wanted to tip someone so much... He also took us to an award-winning Australian winery for a tasting, and it only cost 15 AUD – truly excellent service! On the same day, he conveniently dropped us off directly at our respective hotels. I couldn't be more grateful, not to mention the free iced drinks readily available throughout the trip... I hope my next Great Ocean Road day trip is even better than this travel agency's 👍 We all appreciate your great tour guidance, Shin👍👍. First of all, this trip was almost ruined due to overbooking, and we nearly missed our long-awaited penguin tour on the day of departure. Fortunately, our guide William handled the situation, allowing us to fill an unfulfilled spot and join the tour. This day trip started at 8:30 AM and returned to the hotel at 12 AM, which was tiring but very fulfilling. The itinerary included: Puffing Billy Steam Train + Winery Tasting + Chocolate Farm + Maru Koala & Animal Park + Cowes Town + Penguin Parade. The guide was very meticulous and patient, providing detailed and professional explanations at each attraction. In summary, I highly recommend this tour and the professional guide William. My heartfelt thanks to him!
