William was a nice and happy guide, accommodating and concern with the comfort of its passengers. Reversing the itinerary so we could see the Twelve Apostles before the rain was a brilliant decision.

We had an absolutely amazing time on our Great Ocean Road tour with Allan! He is a fantastic tour guide who really knows how to craft the perfect itinerary. Thanks to his smart schedule planning, we managed to beat the big tourist crowds at all the major spots, which made our experience so much more enjoyable and relaxing. Throughout the day, Allan was incredibly friendly, welcoming. He provided detailed and interesting explanations for every attraction, giving us a much deeper appreciation of the history. On top of his great guiding skills, he is an excellent driver. He drives very safely and efficiently, getting us to each destination smoothly without any wasted time. Our driver, Allan, was an amazing driver and tour guide. He has many years of experience driving in Shanghai. He managed to swerve to the left when it was really hard to do so because he anticipated there was something going on in front. He is very knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about every place that we visit and giving us a great overview of all the locations. He also drives very smoothly and fast, with no motion sickness at all. Perfect. Magnificent. Yuya came down the mountain with pastels. I also took photos at the end and distributed the souvenirs. It was a really great experience. To the company, he deserves a raise. Best worker ever. This is a 10 out of 10. We will be back, even if it is the same tour.

The tour was well-planned, and we managed to see all the stops, including koalas and kangaroos in their natural habitats. I wish there had been enough space or vaguely assigned seats so that every group of two people could have at least one window seat on the bus, as the important part of the tour is the view from the bus. The bus could have been cleaner, and my seatbelt was broken. The guide was clear about toilet stops and timing, which was really good. The guide also helped to take nice photos, thank you!
