Max, our guide, is a multi-faceted, multi-talented, and a multi-lingual tourist guide. We arrived just in a knick of time and he was kind enough to guide us throughout the trip. More so, he also helped us in achieving our photo goals as a group. We highly recommend this activity in Melbourne.

This tour is perfect for those who haven't planned to see the penguin parade. Although it was a Korean tour, the guide enthusiastically explained the details in English. We successfully took the mini-train and were able to return to the city earlier. The entire trip was perfect.

I tried to book train tickets about two weeks before my trip, but the earliest available date was a month away, so I ended up taking a tour. The tour was more expensive than just buying train tickets, so I debated whether it would be worth the cost, but it turned out to be better than I expected. While I still can't shake the feeling that it was expensive, I was very satisfied with the tour itself.

The tour operator Oznara changed the time to 2 hours later, but the email informing me went to spam. So I wasn't aware, my family and I went there early and thought we were cheated. When I went to their office, they said no refund. So we had to go on the tour. It was fully guided in Korean, which is totally foreign to us, although we thought we had signed up for an English tour. After the tour, the driver was supposed to drop us at a pre-agreed stop, but he was very reluctant and asked us to get down somewhere nearby, very unprofessional. I will ask my friends to be very careful when booking with Klook, as some tours are in foreign languages and not specified properly. Overall, the experience was really so-so.

The entire tour was conducted in Korean. The Puffing Billy Railway was a fantastic experience, but you need to arrive early to get a good seat. It appears that a visit to Listerfield Park, which is listed in the tour itinerary, is not included.
