The tour guide introduced each attraction in both Mandarin and English, ensuring all passengers on the bus understood the information. The guide also helped purchase group tickets, allowing everyone to enter attractions with minimal waiting, avoiding individual queues. The pick-up and drop-off times, as well as the duration at each attraction, were managed precisely, likely due to experience. All tour members were very cooperative, and we returned to the drop-off point on time. It was a very fulfilling day.

This itinerary is perfect for those who like to sleep in before heading out. However, in winter, it gets dark too early to see much from the observation deck. Despite that, the overall experience was still good.

It was fun, but unfortunately, it got dark quickly, so we missed some spots. However, we did see fireworks! If the weather had been good during the day, it would have been beautiful. I hope to have a chance to visit again next time.

This was a midday trip, and our guide, Xiao Xu, was earnest and charming, introducing the scenic features along the way, especially the local products worth buying or eating at each stop. It's just a bit of a shame that the Lake Toya fireworks display was a little small in scale.

I think the time allotted for each activity is just right. For Showashinzan and the bear ranch, and the cable car for Mount Usu (100 minutes) - we had lunch and entered the bear ranch only. There was no time for the Mount Usu ropeway. Overall, the tour was superb. Kevin was nice and friendly.

Hokkaido tourism is truly at the mercy of the weather. With heavy fog and snow, we couldn't see anything of Lake Toya. We took the cable car up Mount Usu, but the dense fog obscured the views. It was snowing at the summit, so taking a photo and checking in was still nice. The scenery at Noboribetsu Hell Valley is beautiful; if you have ample time, you should hike further into the mountains. Experiencing blue skies and white clouds one minute, and then heavy snow the next, was also a unique experience!
