We joined the tour on June 23rd, and it was great to be picked up and dropped off at the hotel! Our driver, Xiao Wei, was kind and friendly. He drove smoothly and didn't talk much while driving for safety, but he would highlight key points upon arrival at each attraction. He also explained things in detail when we had questions and even proactively helped everyone take group photos. He was very responsible. Although the weather wasn't ideal today, it was still a very enjoyable trip.

We loved our Hokkaido Mount Yotei tour! The hotel pick-up and drop-off made everything so easy, and the small group size kept it relaxing. Our guide, Wei, was right on time and a very safe driver, so we felt totally comfortable the whole day. The schedule wasn't rushed at all, giving us plenty of time to sit back and enjoy each stop. Highly recommend Wei and this tour!

The guide speaks English and Mandarin well, and all the places we visited, as described in the tour, were covered with sufficient time for scenic photo taking, views, and strolls. Thumbs up!

David WhatsApps a day in advance and picks us up right at our hotel, which is super convenient for my family, at 8:20 AM. He is very punctual. David speaks both Mandarin and English well. He took us to many places, and it was a super nice experience! Thumbs up!

The itinerary is well-planned and highly recommended. Tour guide Wei is meticulous and professional, helping with photos and being very friendly. Hotel pick-up means no need to find a meeting point, making the overall experience great.

The weather wasn't great, but the driver's service attitude was excellent. He adjusted our itinerary and took us to the shopping center! I still highly recommend everyone to join the one-day tour!
