Our guide, Alex, was great and helped to take photos of many of us. He also shared bits and pieces of information about the attractions we went to in English and Chinese. The timings allocated for each attraction was also just nice. For those without transport, this was worth the money.

The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

This time, I rented ski wear and a snowboard, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive, carefully checking sizes and equipment details. The best part was being able to communicate in Chinese, which made the rental process easy and quick, without worrying about misunderstanding terms. The equipment was also in great condition, highly recommended!

Tsutomo-San was an amzing photographer. He made me and my fiance very comfortable with all our photos, and also we got to chose some of the places that we thought of. It was an overall amazing photoshoot and im glad we got him. His english speaking was a plus but his personality was the most amzaing part. Thank you, all love from the island of Guam. This time in Hokkaido, I booked a total of three one-day tours, and this was my absolute favorite! The weather was fantastic, and we had an easy-going and lovely tour guide named Habi. The entire trip went very smoothly. We took photos, went for walks, and ate farm ice cream and cream puffs. Since I didn't want anything sweet for lunch, I picked a ramen shop from the provided list and chose the Soya salt ramen, which had local characteristics and was quite delicious. After eating, we walked back to browse a supermarket. In September, you can see Mount Yotei, kochia, lavender, and Kamisunai Marsh. The scenery and experiences were quite rich and diverse. Highly recommended, thumbs up!

This half-day tour felt more like a city and suburban guided tour organized by Japan itself, with both the guide and driver being Japanese, and almost all participants also being Japanese. Upon boarding, headphones were provided, and there was a guide device next to the seat where you could select Chinese, English, or Japanese channels. They also provided explanatory handouts in Chinese and English, which was very foreigner-friendly. I'm very grateful to the tour guide for accompanying my child on the cable car to the top of the Winter Olympics venue!
