The view from the observatory is amazing. With such nice weather, you could see the entire city and the mountains surrounding it. There's also a nice cafe up there that serves great parfaits and coffee. We loved the vibe and even wrote wishes and hung them up. Claiming tickets was a breeze. It's very affordable and good value for the experience.

Buying tickets for the Sapporo JR Tower T38 Observation Deck through Klook is a bit cheaper than buying them on-site, and you can choose to exchange your voucher at the counter or purchase directly from a machine, which is very convenient. The observation deck is spacious and comfortable, with sofas available for resting, allowing you to leisurely enjoy the beautiful cityscape of Sapporo. The night view is particularly spectacular; it truly lives up to its reputation as a "million-dollar night view"! The most interesting part is that the restrooms are designed with floor-to-ceiling transparent glass, so you can enjoy the night view while using the facilities – truly a unique and unforgettable experience 😉. Overall, it's both affordable and enjoyable, highly recommended!

The place is located near Sapporo station. Massive buildings can be seen around the observation deck. We went to the deck in the afternoon and the place is not crowded. You can see Sapporo city from above on this observation deck.

This was booked on the same day the coupon was used, as it was all unplanned. It turned out to be one of the nicest things we did in Sapporo in late April, after spending a week in Tokyo. Unlike our Shibuya Sky experience, this one had a calmer vibe. There was no queue at all when we visited, but keep in mind that the cherry blossoms were not yet blooming when we were there. There are lockers near the ticket booth if you plan to visit immediately upon arriving at Sapporo Station. The observation deck is smaller and doesn't have many tourists, but it seems more locals visit this type of attraction.
