Vår guide, Alex, var fantastisk och hjälpte till att ta foton av många av oss. Han delade också med sig av information om attraktionerna vi besökte, både på engelska och kinesiska. Tidsåtgången för varje attraktion var också lagom. För dem utan egen transport var detta väl värt pengarna.

We rented snow gear and a snowboard this time, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive, carefully checking sizes and equipment details. The best part was being able to communicate in Chinese, which made the rental process easy and quick, so there was no need to worry about misunderstanding technical terms. The equipment was also in great condition. Highly recommended!

Tsutomo-San was an amzing photographer. He made me and my fiance very comfortable with all our photos, and also we got to chose some of the places that we thought of. It was an overall amazing photoshoot and im glad we got him. His english speaking was a plus but his personality was the most amzaing part. Thank you, all love from the island of Guam. På den här resan har vi en underbar guide, Liza! Hon är inte bara väldigt tydlig med sina instruktioner till alla i vår grupp, hon har också en trevlig röst. Tidsutrymmet för alla stopp är tillräckligt och hela resan är njutbar, med vackra landskap som vi lyckades fånga på foton. Liza är alltid villig och redo att hjälpa oss att ta fina bilder. Hon rekommenderade också en bra restaurang för vår lunch som serverade mat snabbt och var prisvärd! Liza talar japanska, kinesiska och engelska, och vi är mycket glada över att ha Liza som vår guide, och hon gör definitivt vår resa roligare och trevligare. The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

This half-day tour felt more like a city and suburban guided tour organized by Japan itself, with both the guide and driver being Japanese, and almost all participants also being Japanese. Upon boarding, headphones were provided, and there was a guide device next to the seat where you could select Chinese, English, or Japanese channels. They also provided explanatory handouts in Chinese and English, which was very foreigner-friendly. I'm very grateful to the tour guide for accompanying my child on the cable car to the top of the Winter Olympics venue!
