The staff were very kind, polite, and friendly. This kind of experience is rare, so I highly recommend it. If I come to Gold Coast again, I'd love to experience it.

I was soothed by the beautiful scenery and waterfalls from the morning. I even encountered wild kangaroos! Our guide, Enva, was friendly and helped us throughout the tour, even using a translation tool along the way. Since there's a lot of driving, those prone to motion sickness should be a little careful. The Aquaduck office, where we were picked up, was clean and easy to find.

The activity includes hotel transfers. Please wait at the hotel at 3:45 AM. The drive to the destination takes about an hour. This activity is well worth experiencing; the staff are very polite and ensure safety.

Recommend~ Tour guide Michael is great. Perhaps it's the off-season, as it was just the two of us today. We had a private car, and he was well-prepared for the sunset viewing and dinner, providing hot food and drinks, plastic chairs, picnic mats, and blankets. For stargazing, he even had an app with illustrated explanations. Besides seeing things through the telescope with our own eyes, we could also take beautiful photos with our phones.

The hot air balloon experience this time is definitely worth trying! First, the staff picked us up from the hotel and took us to the site. Upon arrival, we quickly boarded the hot air balloon to prepare for takeoff and welcome the sunrise. The inside of the hot air balloon was very stable. Although there were no safety measures (seat belts, buckles), as long as no dangerous actions were taken, safety was certainly guaranteed. The pilot monitored the environmental weather conditions throughout the flight, provided updates, and answered our questions about the hot air balloon.

It's a cloudy day, and unfortunately we can't see the sunshine right away, but at least it's not raining. This was a great experience, and I'd love to go on another ride.
