The Evening Rainforest and Glow Worm Half Day Tour in Gold Coast was a fantastic experience. In early October, we saw a stunning abundance of glow worms lighting up the night, creating a magical atmosphere. On the way to Curtis Falls, we spotted various wildlife including spiders and lizards, which added to the adventure. Our guide, Ryan, provided red torches that were just perfect for the tour, allowing us to see clearly without disturbing the glow worms. The trail itself was easy and enjoyable, suitable for all ages—there were even little kids in our group who handled it effortlessly. Ryan’s knowledge and enthusiasm stood out. He offered detailed explanations whenever we had questions about the wildlife and kept the mood light and fun throughout. His humor and great energy made the tour engaging from start to finish. Overall, this tour combines nature, wildlife, and glow worm magic with a friendly and informative guide, making it perfect for families and nature lovers alike.

We only decided that morning to join the glow worm half-day tour that evening. Luckily, my friend had an Australian phone number and could immediately call the travel agency to confirm availability before booking on Klook. The process was very smooth, and almost everyone in the group was from Hong Kong (including us) 🤣. Our guide, Daniel, was very witty and humorous, pleasant to chat with, and also very attentive to our safety during the night tour. The glow worms we saw that night were natural and wild, not from an artificial cave! So, we were very happy to see so many glow worms! Additionally, desserts and chocolates were provided, which was a thoughtful touch. We captured some beautiful starry sky photos, bringing a perfect end to the evening.

Amber is an absolute gem of a guide! She took us on an unforgettable adventure through the enchanting rainforest, navigating the picturesque sights even in the rain. With her captivating stories and in-depth knowledge of local history, every moment felt magical. What really stood out was her commitment to the environment—she consistently reminded us to respect the amazing creatures around us and encouraged us to keep the area clean by taking our trash with us. Great experience in the rainforest and loved the quick stop for stargazing. Tour guide was amazing and the dessert spot was really cool and aesthetic.

Ryan is a very humorous tour guide. Although it was a bit rainy that day, when Ryan took us to see the blue glow worms, he introduced us to various trees and creatures on the mountain. Not only did we gain knowledge, but he also created a mysterious atmosphere at night. He truly is an interesting and passionate guide. On the way back, we enjoyed delicious cheesecake and chocolate milk at Manor restaurant, which left us with wonderful memories of this enlightening night tour. The best part was that on the way back, we got to sing along to everyone’s favorite songs— it was fantastic! Next time, I definitely want to bring my family here again.

The Gold Coast Tamborine National Park offers a serene environment with forest trails full of natural charm, making one feel refreshed and joyful. At night, the magical twinkling of glow worms can be admired, and many different types of insects can be seen. Although the trip was short, it was fulfilling and unforgettable, a wonderful experience combining nature and spectacular sights. Additionally, our tour leader Damon played multiple roles, acting as both driver and guide, and his enthusiasm and energy are truly commendable.

The guide explained everything about the biodiversity in the rainforest really well and the glow worms looked beautiful! 🤩🤩🤩
