It was a once in a lifetime experience. Ben, our balloon flight captain, was outstanding. It was a great site for ballooning, mesmerizing to see the sunrise and the beautiful meadows. Totally worth it. It was so pleasant, serene, and quiet up in the air 5000ft above the ground. We could see the Gold Coast and Brisbane skyline. It was indeed a 7-star experience. The pickup was on time, and the coach was comfortable. The whole flying experience was top-notch.

We arranged for a 02:55 pick-up at the hotel entrance. We arrived at 02:45, and the car also arrived early. The driver, Gary, was very kind, polite, and enthusiastic. It took about an hour and a half to reach the destination. We were fortunate to be on the first hot air balloon to ascend that day. The weather on January 28, 2025, was excellent, so we also got to see the sunrise. After the ride, we were driven back to a five-star hotel in the city for breakfast, which lasted an hour and included a complimentary glass of champagne. Afterward, the same car took us back to our pick-up hotel. This activity took approximately 7 hours (02:45-09:45). All the staff we encountered throughout the process were wonderful, friendly, and kind. Highly recommended.

This tour is highly recommended. The guide was very detailed and friendly. Although it required an early start, having a driver pick us up from the hotel was very convenient. The drive up the mountain took about an hour, with a stop in a small town for a restroom break. If the weather is good, it's generally not too cold, and there isn't much wind; the heat from the hot air balloon even makes you feel quite warm. Watching the sunrise and beautiful scenery from the air is incredibly enjoyable. The pilot will even point out kangaroos or cattle if seen. If the weather is good, you might even fly for over an hour. The guide takes commemorative photos for each group of guests, and there's also an aerial camera capturing footage during the flight. The photos are quickly sent to your email for download. Helping to pack up the hot air balloon after the flight is very rewarding, and you even receive a certificate. Afterwards, you're taken down the mountain to a celebrity hotel for a buffet breakfast. The tour typically concludes around 10 AM, making it a perfect experience! 👍🏻👍🏻 Highly recommended!

This is an absolutely exhilarating activity that everyone should experience! The entire team on the day is incredibly professional and truly cares about ensuring everyone’s safety, making the whole experience enjoyable and free of stress. Even with the foggy weather, I felt an electrifying rush of excitement and relaxation soaring in the sky! I wholeheartedly recommend diving into this unforgettable adventure—you won’t regret it!

Since I was staying in Surfer's Paradise, the hotel shuttle pick-up time was 3:20 AM. The journey to the launch site took about an hour, with a convenient and thoughtful stop for restrooms along the way. Our driver was a very amusing elderly gentleman. Upon arrival, we saw the hot air balloon was quite large, capable of carrying 24 passengers plus the pilot, Paco. Once airborne, it was surprisingly stable with no swaying sensation. We were very lucky to witness the sunrise and beautiful scenery. Looking down from above, we could even spot kangaroos hopping in the grasslands and cattle and sheep roaming, which was very interesting. The entire ride lasted about an hour, and I felt it was well worth the price. The buffet breakfast at the Harvest buffet in the Star Hotel had a good selection and is worth trying.

It's a bucket list item I've wanted to do for a long time. Very well arranged by Klook, we were picked up early at 3:30 from the hotel as we had to reach the spot and prepare the balloon before sunrise. Once in the air, the pilot Paco was extremely knowledgeable and the flight was quite relaxing and smooth. A lovely breakfast was arranged at the star hotel. We were dropped back at the hotel by 10:30 am.

Compré un paseo en globo aerostático en Gold Coast como regalo de cumpleaños para mi novio. Fue un viaje maravilloso para nosotros. La compañía tiene un autobús para recogernos y llevarnos a casa. La compañía tiene una buena gestión. El paisaje es muy bueno. La experiencia que tuvimos fue increíble. Recomiendo a todos mis conocidos que lo prueben al menos una vez.

Must go. The experience and breakfast buffet are worth the money. My dad loved it!!! They picked us up around 4am at Surfers and drove everyone to the Hot Air Balloon place 😍 We loved packing the hot air balloon too, teamwork makes the dream work right???

It was such a spectacular scenic view! An amazing ride experience which made it worthwhile to wake up 3am in the morning! It was a delicious Harvest Buffet Breakfast!! Is a MUST event when you come to Gold Coast, Surfer Paradise!
