Experiência de Balão de Ar Quente na Gold Coast da Klook com Vinho Espumante

一次好好體驗！接送車好準時已到達酒店，大約一個個上到去山上，冬天嘅澳洲早晚真係凍，要著夠衫。工作人員好nice，做野好快手，冇幾耐就升空啦！升空後大家都好興奮，不斷在上空飄，見到好多樹林動物。喺空中睇逛落去下面全部都變到小LEGO咁，好似細個玩玩具。世界真係好大，人類太渺少啦！有段小插曲，話說最後幫忙執拾時喺口袋跌左手機落已折叠好的熱氣球內，工作人員冇嫌麻煩仲幫手找，最後好在其他團員找到，好感恩🥹

The team contacted me a day ago to confirm the pick-up time and location once again. Since we were staying at the Hilton, in the center of Surfers Paradise, it can get chaotic in the middle of the night. For safety, the team asked me to wait in the lobby. The driver, Richard, arrived early to pick me up that day. He is a funny and very professional guy; he explained what would happen and some safety guidelines. When we arrived at the hot air balloon site, the whole team was setting things up. The team is professional, and the one driving the balloon is very experienced, giving us a steady ride.

7.4ゴールドコーストマラソンの前日にいきました。上空は寒さはありませんでしたが、行き帰りのバス、到着して搭乗までが寒かったので防寒対策は必要です。体験はすばらしいものでした。娘と良い経験、思い出、上空写真も感激でした。

一大早天氣十分冷，當天活動時間到的時候司機有點delay, 因為沒有聯絡方式所以當時非常緊張，傳了許多客服簡訊甚至打了國際電話，還好之後司機就到了，虛驚一場。之後熱氣球的活動就十分順利，加上天氣很好還有看到日出，算是完美的ending, 十分推薦的活動。

A must-try experience! We boarded the hot air balloon before sunrise and managed to get amazing views! The staff were all very nice and helpful, and they took amazing pictures which we received in a timely manner. Our pilot Stuart was really informative and kept the atmosphere in the balloon lively.

A fantastic hot air balloon experience!!! All the crew members are nice, professional and helpful. The view was spectacular during the process. We saw kangaroos, cows, sheep and donkeys. It’s so peaceful to see the quiet nature in the morning and the sunrise. After we landed, it’s fun to walk into the balloon and work together to fold the huge balloon into a bag. The trip wrapped up with everyone enjoying a glass of champagne or orange juice. Will definitely recommend this trip to friends and family!

We experienced a wonderful journey! The tour guide (also the driver) and the pilot (my apologies for forgetting their names...) were super friendly and helpful. They also took extra care of two elderly people in the group, which is very much appreciated. The picture shows the other hot air balloon by the same company, we took off at slightly different time. I have to say that's the best sun-rise I've ever seen!! The panoramic view up in the air is really stunning! I highly recommend the use of a 360 camera for this trip!

Matt picked us up on time at 3.45am. The bus ride to the departure point was pleasant. The balloon ride itself was awesome! Flight was smooth and the experience was beyond words. Pilot Stuart was highly experienced. The flight ended with a champagne and orange juice for the kids. Kids have fun keeping the balloon. Thanks for giving us a memorable trip!

At first, I was quite nervous and thought I would receive a pre-departure notice. Although all the information was clearly written in the order details, I remained anxious until the last minute. Fortunately, the bus arrived very punctually, and the entire process went smoothly. The hot air balloon experience was absolutely fantastic! Both the guide and the pilot explained everything throughout the journey in great detail, which made us feel very secure. The guide even spoke Chinese, allowing my daughter to understand what was happening and what to expect. The pilot thoughtfully suggested that we could let our daughter look out of the small window or sit in the middle armrest to enjoy the scenery. If you visit the Gold Coast, I highly recommend experiencing a hot air balloon ride at least once. It's truly wonderful and well worth it!
