Our tour guide, Ms. Sun, was excellent. She thoroughly explained the history to us on our way to the attraction, so we understood the background upon arrival. The journey was very smooth, and the itinerary timing was perfect. Our driver, Mr. Fu, was very friendly and even gave us advice on things like taking the high-speed rail. We had a wonderful time on this trip!

Alana contacts us the day before to provide us with the tour details. Berlin is our tour guide and she is knowledgeable and gives us detailed history of Shanghai. We intend to go to the Bund on our own and Berlin is flexible to replace with Xintiandi. The view at Shanghai Tower allows us to see almost the whole of Shanghai. The local Shanghai products are cheaper to buy at Zhujiajiao Water Town. The lunch is good with a recommendation by Berlin. Berlin treated us to Sheng Jian Bao at the water town, which is delicious. The boat ride is about 20 minutes, which takes us around the water town. The tour is well planned and caters to the needs of adults and kids.

Visiting Zhujiajiao Ancient Town and Yuyuan Garden was a beautiful journey into Shanghai’s history and culture. Zhujiajiao felt peaceful and charming, with its canals, stone bridges, and traditional houses creating a slow, nostalgic atmosphere. Walking along the waterways, enjoying local snacks, and watching boats glide past was truly relaxing. In contrast, Yuyuan Garden was more vibrant and detailed, showcasing classical Chinese garden design with pavilions, ponds, and intricate rock formations. The surrounding market added excitement with souvenirs and street food. Our tour guide was extremely friendly and generous with knowledge, patiently sharing stories and cultural insights that made the experience even more meaningful and memorable.

Booking this was the best decision I made for my trip to China. I was worried because it was a new activity with no reviews yet, but Willa was very helpful and offered us many complimentary services for our trip. All our feedback was responded to very well. One of the shows even cost 320 yuan, and the resort entrance alone was 150 yuan, but we even stayed overnight inside. I don't know how much they spent on the cost of the entire trip, but I feel that I got more than what I paid for. Our tour guide, LiXia, is very knowledgeable; she gave us a lot of tips, such as not buying things in scenic areas and being careful of scams. She also reminded us not to do certain activities as she would be taking us there the next day (so we wouldn't pay double). Overall, I am very satisfied. Just be reminded that most of China's scenic areas require a lot of walking. Again, thumbs up, and this trip is highly recommended to book!
