We contacted them via WhatsApp beforehand, and they picked us up at our hotel. Since there was a mall nearby, they dropped us off there on the way back, and we enjoyed some food and shopping before taking a taxi home. I found the location to be very convenient. As this was my first massage, I can't technically compare it to other places, but it felt wonderful, and I was completely satisfied with the experience.

We arrived at 9:10 AM, about a 40-minute Grab taxi ride from Sanur early in the morning. I didn't realize it was in Kuta, but it was perfect for a day of water fun for families. My 6th-grade son even took a surfing class, and there were so many active games that it was exciting and enjoyable. It's like Korea's Caribbean Bay, but not as large. We actually preferred that it wasn't too big, as it made moving around easier. Please note that outside food is not allowed when entering! But you can always find it again when you leave~^^ The staff are very friendly, and the locker rooms are clean and nice. The staff also clean the restrooms very frequently to prevent guests from slipping! Even if you're not visiting with children, Waterbom Bali won't disappoint! Highly recommended~! It's best to book in advance and download your voucher. Any remaining balance from food or class fees paid inside will be fully refunded when you leave.

My wife and I had the most beautiful afternoon. The views were amazing, sunset out of this world. Staff were the best, polite and accommodating especially Mila who was just awesome. Food was delicious and cocktails so refreshing. Will definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Desde el relajante aroma en la puerta hasta el increíble tratamiento, esta fue la mejor experiencia de cuidado personal. El ambiente era increíblemente tranquilo, las instalaciones estaban impecables y el personal era muy cálido y acogedor. La terapeuta hizo maravillas con toda mi tensión, dejándome completamente relajado y renovado. Si necesitas desconectar y recargar energías, hazte un favor y reserva una cita aquí lo antes posible.

The massage was very relaxing and soothing. The scents in the place were pleasant. The staff was respectful and very nice.

This activity is highly recommended for people who wants to try surfing. It's not just for beginners or first timers but as well for intermediate surfers. Their instructors were very approachable and knowledgeable. They ensure your safety well and teaches you techniques on what to do, gives you feedback on where you can improve and always helpful. My friend and I booked this activity 4times during our stay in Bali. And we would like to express our gratitude for our instructors OZZY and ONLY for being patient with us for the 4days surf lesson we had with 27 Surf School. And kudos to the whole team, like really The Whole 27 SURF TEAM , for the good vibes always and everyday! Happy surfing!
