This is a special journey for us. Not only can we visit science spots outside the city, but we can also experience the reality firsthand, which feels very different from appreciating it on a website. The driver + guide is excellent in providing us with clear explanations and suggestions.

Overall a smooth experience. Easy and cost-effective way to travel to the cultural village (especially for 2 people). The guide is helpful and fluent in English and Chinese. The village is huge and crowded. Many rides to play and a few cherry blossoms left.

Tommy is such a great tour guide, and Sun Moon Lake Day Tour is the best tour, despite the 3hr travel time from Ximen, still it is worth it of your time because the place is very beautiful where you can truly enjoy especially if you are with your own family. I highly recommend this tour package especially during cherry blossoms season. I'm 100% customer satisfied here as the whole trip is hassle free. Well done Tommy, such an excellent tour guide.

This tour is easy enough that you can return on time even if you only understand Chinese numbers. It's a shame not to understand the explanations of the places, but it doesn't significantly affect the tour itself. I didn't want to go to Rainbow Village, so I booked a Chinese tour through Klook. They picked me up at the hotel on time, and even provided simple guidance using Papago for Korean translation. They also took photos for us, and restaurant recommendations were available in the group chat. It was even more convenient that the guide sent photos via KakaoTalk. The weather was a bit disappointing due to rain and clouds, but if I come to Taichung again, I'd like to try it again. Umbrellas and water were prepared in the car, so I didn't need to bring them separately. However, the front seats of the 9-seater van can be uncomfortable for your legs and back, so if you understand Chinese, take the back seats. There's much more space. Even if your departure wasn't confirmed on Klook's date, it seemed like they combined bookings with other sites for transportation. Please keep this in mind when booking. I recommend it for its value for money and convenience of travel!

Sun Moon Lake is simply heavenly. It's definitely a must-visit place when touring Taiwan. Mr. Tsai, our guide, took us on the tour in his car, which was very clean and comfortable, and he got us all the tickets to various rides, so we didn't have to waste time. I went on this trip with my mother, and both of us had an amazing experience.

Vaness was my tour guide and we did so much on this 3 day trip. The nature sights looked unreal. I also ate very well on this tour and the hotels that were booked were in very convenient locations. I highly recommend this tour to see Taiwan! One of the best memories on this trip was being lucky enough to see the sunrise at Alishan with the sea of clouds and mountains on the horizon. Honestly, the 5 stars are for our tour guide Ken Huang and driver Sam Wang. Both were so informative and kind. The places we visited were amazing, but these two made it better. We were so fortunate. The 5-star hotel accommodations were also amazing.

We only had one day to see Sun Moon Lake- we booked this tour through Klook and Me. Wang showed up at our house and whisked us away for an amazing day! he grew up in the area so in addition to driving us to all the sites, hiking with us, explaining the local tribe and history around Sun Moon Lake- he also shared his own stories of life in the area. he was great at explaining the history and traditions at the temples and encouraged us to try the local foods. He is friendly and patient and has lots of energy. in addition- he is an excellent photographer. I have so many cute pictures from all over the lake. I’m so happy with our trip- I can’t believe how much we saw in just one day!
