We enjoyed our day trip to Shifen, Jiufen and the Taiwanese pineapple pastry shop. Our guide, Jeff, was okay, but the tour felt a little rushed and we would have liked more time at each place. The driver was very friendly and Jeff, took good care of us throughout the trip. Although the time was limited, we still enjoyed the experience overall. Thank you for taking care of us!

I had such a wonderful experience on the Jiufen tour, and a big part of it was because of our amazing tour guide, Franny! She was so friendly, bubbly, and helpful throughout the whole trip. She shared interesting information about Jiufen and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how welcoming and accommodating she was. Jeannie was our tour guide for the Sun Moon Lake trip, and we had such a great day with her. She was friendly, helpful, and gave us some really good local recommendations. We’re big fans of tea and vinegar, so we especially enjoyed the authentic black tea store and the high-quality vinegar shop she recommended on Ita Thao Street. The beautiful scenery, boat ride, and bike ride made the day really memorable. It was such a fun way to experience Sun Moon Lake and the local culture.

If you want great photos & videos for social media, definitely choose KEVIN CHANG. He is very skilled at photography & videography and captured lot of of amazing photos & videos for us, He never tires of capturing amazing clicks and voluntarily took a lot of photos. This tour is an interesting adventure into the laidback city of Yilan, covering a varied spread of different attractions! I really enjoyed my time even though I was travelling alone, and would recommend it to anyone who would like to do something less tourist-y. A special shout-out to Peter who was a very knowledgeable local guide that planned out our itinerary meticulously and shared key recommendations at every attraction. he took good care of the group and made the effort to keep us updated at various points of the journey. it was a pleasure to join his tour and would definitely recommend his tour to others in future!

Our tour consisted of six people, so it was very small and easy to get around in a minivan. The town visited on the Wulai mountain trip was very quiet and not crowded, unlike other tours I have been on in Taipei. The tour guide was very nice and informative.
