we really love the tour thanks to our tour guide, kate hsiao! she help us find the oldest pineapple cake in jiufen. she gave us a map every destination and if you listen during her briefing you will not be lost. I recommend this tour 100%

We enjoyed our day trip to Shifen, Jiufen and the Taiwanese pineapple pastry shop. Our guide, Jeff, was okay, but the tour felt a little rushed and we would have liked more time at each place. The driver was very friendly and Jeff, took good care of us throughout the trip. Although the time was limited, we still enjoyed the experience overall. Thank you for taking care of us!

I had such a wonderful experience on the Jiufen tour, and a big part of it was because of our amazing tour guide, Franny! She was so friendly, bubbly, and helpful throughout the whole trip. Jeannie was our tour guide for the Sun Moon Lake trip, and we had such a great day with her. She was friendly, helpful, and gave us some really good local recommendations. We’re big fans of tea and vinegar, so we especially enjoyed the authentic black tea store and the high-quality vinegar shop she recommended on Ita Thao Street. The beautiful scenery, boat ride, and bike ride made the day really memorable. It was such a fun way to experience Sun Moon Lake and the local culture.

This tour is an interesting adventure into the laidback city of Yilan, covering a varied spread of different attractions! I really enjoyed my time even though I was travelling alone, and would recommend it to anyone who would like to do something less tourist-y. A special shout-out to Peter who was a very knowledgeable local guide that planned out our itinerary meticulously and shared key recommendations at every attraction. he took good care of the group and made the effort to keep us updated at various points of the journey. it was a pleasure to join his tour and would definitely recommend his tour to others in future!

Our tour consisted of six people so very small and easy to get around in a minivan. The town visited on the Wulai mountain trip was very quiet and not crowded as other tours I have been on in Taipei. The tour guide was very nice and informative.
