We booked our Carnival Magic package via Klook with Royal Seat upgrade, buffet dinner, and join-in transfer. As a family of three, this was one of our best Phuket activities. We skipped the transfer going in to arrive at opening (5:30 PM) for a relaxed start. The buffet hall was grand but food options were average and the kids’ section could be better. The show, however, was phenomenal — creative, impressive, and captivating. Even my 6-year-old, usually hesitant with shows, was amazed throughout. After the show (ending around 9 PM), we paid 500 baht for a buggy ride through the Kingdom of Lights, which was worth it for kids and elderly. For the return, the join-in transfer was smooth: staff at the counter guided us to the van, and after a short wait, we were dropped back at our Phuket Town hotel. Overall, Carnival Magic is a must-visit; while the buffet can improve, the show and service made the evening unforgettable.

Loved this day trip, it was a real highlight of our holiday. We booked the elephants, quads, and zip-lining. We thought it was all in one location, but it was two separate locations. This wasn't an issue, but just worth mentioning. The staff were super friendly and helpful in both locations. Definitely worth doing and great value for money.

The spa massage was excellent - the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, the therapist was professional and attentive, and the massage itself struck the perfect balance between firm pressure and gentle relaxation. The facilities were clean and thoughtfully designed, leaving me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely at ease

Highly recommended! Enjoy an unforgettable and exciting day with your family. The coaches were incredibly professional and worked well together, making us feel very safe and secure. Although we participated in two activities, costing over 600 baht per person, it was absolutely worth it! Please note, if you want a Patong sea view, you must choose the options with 17 points or more.

An amazing experience!! This was my first time interacting with elephants, and it exceeded my expectations. I learned so much from the director, who was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. I left feeling confident that the elephants are well cared for and treated with respect. The staff was so friendly and even took photos on my phone for me, and they also provided professional photos free of charge, which was such a nice bonus. I chose the feeding and bathing experience, and it was definitely the highlight of my trip, it was so much fun! If you're visiting Thailand, I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary. It's an unforgettable experience!

Tuve una experiencia maravillosa con el tour a caballo. Desde el momento en que llegué, pude ver que los caballos eran hermosos, fuertes y claramente bien cuidados, lo que inmediatamente me hizo sentir cómoda y segura con el paseo. Durante toda la experiencia, siempre hubo un guía acompañándonos, asegurándose de que todo estuviera seguro y bajo control. Esto hizo que fuera fácil relajarme y disfrutar del paseo sin preocupaciones, incluso para alguien sin mucha experiencia. Me asignaron un caballo bastante enérgico, lo que al principio me puso un poco nerviosa. Sin embargo, todo salió perfectamente bien y rápidamente me sentí más a gusto a medida que el paseo continuaba. Lo más destacado de la experiencia fue definitivamente cabalgar hacia el mar; fue muy memorable y único. En general, el ambiente fue tranquilo, seguro y agradable. Realmente disfruté esta experiencia y la recomendaría encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque algo especial y diferente.

Me divertí mucho. Fui el último cliente, así que pude alimentar a los elefantes yo solo. Mi guía fue muy amable, informativo y se comunicó muy bien conmigo. Lo cual fue bueno para mí porque soy una persona tímida y me ayudó a sentirme cómoda. También me tomó muchas fotos y videos durante la actividad. Los elefantes comen rápido, así que pude observarlos y acariciarlos por unos minutos. ¡Fue una gran experiencia!
