An amazing experience!! This was my first time interacting with elephants, and it exceeded my expectations. I learned so much from the director, who was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. I left feeling confident that the elephants are well cared for and treated with respect. The staff was so friendly and even took photos on my phone for me, and they also provided professional photos free of charge, which was such a nice bonus. I chose the feeding and bathing experience, and it was definitely the highlight of my trip, it was so much fun! If you're visiting Thailand, I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary. It's an unforgettable experience!

Amazing experience and such great work done by this place and all the staff! We did the feed and shower and everyone enjoyed learning about the elephants which had been rescued and enjoyed feeding and cleaning the elephants in the shower. Very well organised. We went int the morning and between pick up and drop off it took the whole morning. one of our families favourite and most memorable experiences.

The staff was amazing and welcoming, they answered any questions we had and took photos for us, which came out beautifully. The elephants are so gentle, sweet and absolutely beautiful. This is something you just won’t forget. ❤️

Everything is amazing 😍 I love all the activities. We really had a quality time together with the elephants. We even learned how to cook padthai, elephant's food, and made some products out of their poop. We feed them, play with the mud and took a bath with them. It's so worthy for the price.

It was a really fun and great experience! This place is an ethical sanctuary, where elephants are rescued from animal cruelty. The elephants seemed really well looked after, and although there were tons of elephants, we were able to meet a few of them. It was great learning about the elephants' habitats and the differences between Asian and African elephants 😊 We chose the feeding and showering with elephants activity, where we were able to feed them snacks because apparently, they eat half of their body weight, so the food we gave them was just for snacks 🤭 We were also able to shower with them, not in the mud, which is good 😅 The staff who guided us (Nancy and Hannah) were really good too. The place has a professional photographer who will take photos of you with the elephants, and it's FREE! 🤭 Looking forward to our photos. But overall, it was a really fun and enjoyable experience. Highly recommendable to other tourists out there! 😊

We were able to feed them watermelon, sugarcane and grass. We also fed them the main dish - mixed banana rice sweet potatoes etc. Watched them being bathed and played in the water. I think the package that includes bathing the elephant is not worth it. it’s not same as in the photos advertised. private Transfers is included. we’re only 7 in the group which is very favorable to me.

We had an amazing experience at this elephant sanctuary. We got to feed and bathe the elephants, and the staff explained everything clearly and with so much care. Knowing the elephants were rescued from circuses and other places where they were treated badly made the experience even more meaningful. Everything was perfectly organized – including hotel transfer, snacks, water, and towels on site. The team was warm, kind, and professional from start to finish. A truly unforgettable experience. Once in a lifetime experience to have mud bath with elephants. Overall a great tour with timely pickup, prompt communication, elephant feeding, authentic Thai food and very close interaction with elephants. Happy to know that this is an ethical sanctuary who care for rescued elephants.

Oh my gosh what an incredible experience! I booked this excursion hesitantly, because I LOVE elephants, and don't want to partake in anything that has to do with abusing an animal. I was impressed with the introductory speech Nancy gave, giving us a background on the elephants history, where they're rescued from, appropriate activity and actions around the elephants while we're near them. It was saddening to hear the stories of some of the elephants and what they have been rescued from, but also so heartwarming to see them thriving in an environment where they're clearly loved and cared for. Feeding the elephants was so fun! Each elephant has their own personality, and you can see that through their behavior. I spent the washing time petting them instead, and don't regret any of it for a second. When we come back to Thailand to Chiang Mai, we'll visit their sister locations in the northern part of the location. Thank you Nancy, Eddy, and Mr M! We had a wonderful time!
