Great experience at the park. The park was clean and managed efficiently. The slides were a lot of fun and suitable for adults and young children. Especially enjoyed the relaxing pools with bars for refreshments. You receive a wristband that can be used to open lockers and add funds for buying food and drinks. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend for a day trip.

The night luge was so good! They immediately texted me via WhatsApp regarding my booking, which was really convenient. If you booked the head mount package, make sure to inform the staff because they weren’t aware that it was included and initially asked me to pay extra. Just show them the WhatsApp message confirming that it’s included in your package. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Also, be aware of Track 1 and Track 2 if you want to ride together with your friends or family. I really enjoyed the Hanuman ride. 9/10! 🛷🔥

An amazing experience!! This was my first time interacting with elephants, and it exceeded my expectations. I learned so much from the director, who was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. I left feeling confident that the elephants are well cared for and treated with respect. The staff was so friendly and even took photos on my phone for me, and they also provided professional photos free of charge, which was such a nice bonus. I chose the feeding and bathing experience, and it was definitely the highlight of my trip, it was so much fun! If you're visiting Thailand, I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary. It's an unforgettable experience!

It was a busy and fun day. Be prepared for a sales pitch at Gems Gallery, but it's still a good stop. Also dress appropriately for visiting temples (no tank tops, shorts). Our guide was very personable and kept things moving at the right pace.

Overall, it was very good, and the arrangements were smooth. Staff members coordinated and took care of every part, and they were also very enthusiastic and friendly. Everything was smooth except for the longer queue for the rolling attraction. The only area for improvement is the return transportation arrangements. The shuttle departure times are fixed every two hours. For example, we originally arranged to return at 14:30, but if there were any delays that caused us to miss the 14:30 shuttle, we would have to wait for the next one at 16:30. This would mean a very long wait, so we were a bit flustered trying to catch our return shuttle that day. It is suggested that the shuttle schedule could be more flexible, as the vehicles arranged by the park are small and do not need to transport a large number of passengers at once.

Had an amazing experience on the Phuket Discovery Tour thanks to our wonderful guide Annie! She made the whole half-day trip so enjoyable — from Chalong Temple and the Big Buddha to Phuket Old Town and Khao Rang Viewpoint. Her explanations were clear, interesting, and full of fun facts, and she was super friendly and attentive the entire time. Annie also helped us get the best photo spots and answered all our questions patiently. The hotel pickup and drop-off were smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Annie as your guide. Will definitely book again!
